We have been using Massey pest control for years and have always been satisfied. Our tech, Nicholas, is always helpful and friendly. We recently had an ant problem and he came back several times to make sure it was resolved and called us to make sure it wasn't reoccurring.
Nicholas did an excellent job; he checks in with us to see if we have questions or issues; and he is detail oriented—something I greatly appreciated.
Killed our grass bc they couldn't follow their own written instructions to not apply weed killer, admitted their mistake, yet won't fix it and expect me to pay for their mistake? Pay to replace the grass you killed!!! That bill is far more! Proof is in the pictures!!!!!! The dead lawn courtesy of Massey...if you want this done to yours and the regional mgr to think it's acceptable then use this company.

I had my irrigation done by massey. The technician that came and did the work was Douglas, awsome worker did a great job to my total satisfaction. Highly recommend, very professional and cared that the job was done right and when he finished he showed me the work to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome.
