I want to take a few minutes to share my experience today with 2 outstanding Massey employees, Natalie Scott and Justin Parlow. Both came out to seek a solution for some water discrepancies in our irrigation service. They checked everything out, then Justin noticed a water leak in an area where a huge palm had recently been removed. I have a 5 star rating for Brent Lunday who came to our house at 297 Rhapsody Path The Villages yesterday and walked us through all of the services we were interested in having at our house. He was so patient, explained what each service included. He is very knowledgeable about the programs and was a delight to work with. We signed up for all of the services we needed.

Chad and his crew came on Saturday, Oct 15. I had not seen a trimming crew for quite a while so I was happy to see them. Chad was very good about asking me what I needed and then walking the property with me after to make sure what I wanted had been done. We also talked about what needs to be done before winter. I found him very polite and very professional. I. Hoping he stays with Massey and that I will see him again next month.

I paid Massey $600 to repair the sod in my front yard. No one ever called to set up an appointment to provide the service. I contacted the office myself on numerous occasions. They told me three separate times that they would be coming out the next day. No one ever showed up. I’ve been a customer for four years. This is reprehensible.

8/12/26 Birdeye review Massey refuses to fix dead lawn No matter how many times I call Massey, they refuse to honor the contract I paid for and fix chinch bug damage on my lawn (Massey Services - GreenUp Central Villages Service Center - 4087 E County Rd 462 , Wildwood FL). They leave much to b.e desired. Sorry I chose Massey to replace my lawn with new sod. They did not follow my directions of when to do it. The sod came from a sub-contractor; quality of sod was poor
