Andrea, I am very disappointed in receiving my refund, when we canceled our service on 8/15/22. I have called several times and have spoken to several ladies, stating refund is being processed at your corporate office. Till date we have not received it. It’s funny the minute we agree to start your service, boom, paid in full for a year, the day your sales person left our house.
