Massey of winter Park Lawn Green Up and Irrigation service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT WASTE your money! The quality of their irrigation work is horrendous and it took Multiple calls to even get the guy to show up, after several “no shows”. We even had a supervisor come and inspect and agree the work was done incorrectly. He recommended that the head of irrigation department to come out and inspect——-NO SHOW after we took the day off!!! I would never use Massy Lawn Services again. EVER. Reason, they do not stand up to the advertising on their website about their lawn service. This year they destroyed my yard and when I tried to get them to fix it they gave me my standard application and did nothing about the bare spaces and the dying areas in my yard. Massy is responsible for the destruction of my lawn and no one in their organization seems to care. I have used Massy for years and the last two years I may as well not have had their service.

This company is horrendous. It’s simple as that. I have had to call multiple times to get services completed correctly that I have paid for, they promised they will do better the next time they promise that they will guarantee my satisfaction with the services but that is never the freaking case I call every couple of months to get some sort of issue, resolved that they caused, and on top of that their so-called manager named Juan is very unprofessional, especially when it comes to someone who is being kind and trying to get... read more
