I've had Massey provide landscape services for the past 6 months + Aeration and it's made no difference to my lawn. I even paid for the expensive GreenUp Soil Conditioning ($1200) and it worked on 1/3 of the lawn, so now my lawn is growing unevenly. How do I know its made no difference? I have pictures from a year ago and they look identical with the exception of a few patches where the grass is green. I met with the service manager after 45 days and they asked me to wait 90. Worst lawn company out there. I have never seen my lawn get a lot worse with weeds growing out of control after I started with them. I stopped paying them but they went after me for contractual agreement for payment even though they were completely useless so I just paid and canceled the service immediately. ***I also had sod installed by them, and just like other reviews, they installed sod that was yellow and dying to the extent they had to come out twice to put "special treatment" and I had to water them every night for ... read more

Massey Lawn Care Service is a great company. Employees are professional and efficient. Alondra Felix-Ortiz stands out because of her excellent customer service skills. She is proactive and knows how to get things done. She answers the phone in a friendly and approachable manner, and is always helpful and supportive. Great job, Alondra! You rock!👍

I've been a customer of Massey Services for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. There always seems to be a new issue, and the lack of accountability and follow-through has reached a point where I feel compelled to share this publicly. Last summer (2024), a large patch of my lawn was completely burned out—so severely that the grass was entirely gone. Massey takes care of my. lawn, Irrigation, Pest, and Termite Prevention! I am VERY satisfied with their service. Their service experts are excellent! If there is a question they promptly attend to resolving it. I definitely recommend them. Having a perfectly green lawn is my objective and they provide that for me!
