I've been a customer of Massey Services for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. There always seems to be a new issue, and the lack of accountability and follow-through has reached a point where I feel compelled to share this publicly. Massey takes care of my. lawn, Irrigation, Pest, and Termite Prevention! I am VERY satisfied with their service. Their service experts are excellent! If there is a question they promptly attend to resolving it. I definitely recommend them. Having a perfectly green lawn is my objective and they provide that for me!
Bought our house in 2023, mid century modern that had been totally renovated inside and out, including brand new sod/grass in both the front land back awn. Sarah stopped by to take a look at the grass just installed. Team has been very patient with me while waiting to get pavers. Discussed an issue with the front lawn. She had Great timing coming thru 3 days after the install.
