I've been a customer of Massey Services for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. There always seems to be a new issue, and the lack of accountability and follow-through has reached a point where I feel compelled to share this publicly. Massey takes care of my. lawn, Irrigation, Pest, and Termite Prevention! I am VERY satisfied with their service. Their service experts are excellent! If there is a question they promptly attend to resolving it. I definitely recommend them. Having a perfectly green lawn is my objective and they provide that for me!
Bought our house in 2023, mid century modern that had been totally renovated inside and out, including brand new sod/grass in both the front land back awn. Worst lawn company out there. I have never seen my lawn get a lot worse with weeds growing out of control after I started with them. I stopped paying them but they went after me for contractual agreement for payment even though they were completely useless so I just paid and canceled the service immediately. ***I also had sod installed by them, and just like other reviews, they installed sod that was yellow and dying to the extent they had to come out twice to put "special treatment" and I had to water them every night for ... read more
