Andy was amazing! I am a single mom with no clue about how my system works and my bull was over $350. He showed me the zones and explained how to work them. I am so grateful…this is why i got the service to begin with. Extremely helpful!
Nicholas and TJ have been really great technicians at our home in Apopka taking care of all our pest needs. So much so we signed up for commercial services in Mt Dora and out there Austin has been also top notch!
5 Stars! Here's why.... I held off for 3 seasons before giving a review because I did not want to give a good review the first few months then regret it later... Now I'm confident that I'm not going to have any regrets giving Massey Services 5 stars! Our lawn looks great our HOA has left their "Yard Of The Month" on our lawn for several months. Doug continues to set the standard of great customer services....We're 100% Satisfied!!
Andy is that Dude! He checks everything! He sets it up and make recommendations at the same time. He can pitch and catch the ball. He is a quarterback and wide receiver... and he is just a pleasant person to work with.
We live in Apopka and needed sprinkler repair and Massey sent Nicholas to evaluate and he was very thorough and he made an appointment for Trevor to come and make the repairs. Both came at time promised and completed jobs as promised.
