A Massey Landscaping driver took out a row of mailboxes at our community in Sept 2025. We have photos of the driver and the damage, and the company acknowledged their responsibility. They assured us that they would reimburse the HOA for the welding expense that we incurred to fix the mailboxes. Despite repeated emails and assurances from the manager, Tony Vecchio, that they would reimburse us, they have not done so. Pretty lousy, would not recommend this company to anyone.
Samantha Bailey was superb. She is a polite and well-informed tech. She found our missing sprinkler heads, adjusted them and we are back to full and appropriate coverage. Samantha told us exactly what she did and in a helpful and pleasing way. We will look forward to her next visit.
Samantha - with Massey Services - has been taking care of our irrigation system for a couple of years. Very thorough and pleasant to work with.
The technician Samantha Bailey was very professional, friendly and gave me excellent technical advice. She set my timer so that the four zones would be watered. Hired Massey to treat my lawn for weeds and fertilize. They killed almost my whole front yard and because of what they used, I can't do anything to fix it for 3 - 4 months. Charity, in the office, has been extremely friendly and cooperative. Tony, the manager, said he would come by and knock on my door which he never did. Cancelled my contract. Update 7/9/25.
