Attached are before and after pictures from Massey failing to provide services I paid for, resulting in my lawn being ruined. I paid for a year of Massey lawn and pest when I bought my new build home in 2023. They came out a total of 3 times, two of which were a month or more late. My new sod lawn became overrun with weeds. I’ve been a customer of Massey services for a couple of years. Today I was home for irrigation service call. The technician was Samantha Bailey. I was pleased with her knowledge and explained to me, areas that needed adjustments where the grass was not getting enough water. I definitely recommend their service for irrigation. Very happy with the attention and professionalism from the technician.
Just don't even call these guys, keep looking for someone else! They don't show up to do the service and still charge you. I handed them a beautiful lawn after my last company stopped servicing my area and they destroyed my lawn. Weeds were out of control and if they did show up they would just walk around and do nothing. Samantha Bailey performed a quarterly system check in the cold and rain with a smile and efficiency making sure everything was working. She took the time to clear one of the sprinkler heads even though it was raining and she was cold and wet from working on the neighbors irrigation problems. She has a work ethic that you just do not see in others her age. Take care of her, she is an employee you do not want to lose.
Samantha was prompt. She was very friendly. And she did a nice job and she came to my door when she was done to let me review the work and explain what was done. I wish more Service employees were like her.
