Worst customer service and lawn care. I have been a customer for a little over 3 years and I can safely say my lawn is one of the worst on the block. The "Massey Guarantee" is one that no one in customer service or management can describe when your lawn is ruined. I was supposed to receive emails and be contacted for next steps which I'm still waiting for. The one call I recieved back was after reaching out multiple times.
