Markita is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly diligent, thorough, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain what’s happening, what steps are being taken, and how to safely keep things under control especially with having a pet. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I feel so much more at ease knowing she’s the one helping. Highly recommend Markita!
Just wanted to say thank you to Markita Green. She's very thorough and effective when doing her job. I've never seen anything like it in my 49 years. I was glad it was her because I wanted let her know that her method of pest control actually worked in under 48 hours. I honestly don't want anyone else for pest control unless it's Markita Green. At the age of eight years old on the island of Oahu, I dealt with flying roaches. My home is clean, bugs do get in occasionally, especially a roach. I rather deal with a snake rather than a roach regardless of its size. I no longer have to dodge my enemies, the roach, because of the service I have received.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the irrigation services provided by Massey. If I could rate their service with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. On June 15, 2025, we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system and were unable to shut off the water valve. Massey responded and successfully turned off the water, but informed us that a repair would need to be scheduled.
