A compliment to the Massey Services Irrigation Inspector, Ben Cox. We had a small issue with a sprinkler and Ben came out the same day, assessed the situation and provided me with very clear, customer centric suggestions. He then went on to make the needed adjustment and further made sure all our sprinklers were properly adjusted and working fine. Ben was professional, knowledgeable and very much showed his interest in ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Thank you.
Markita is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly diligent, thorough, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain what’s happening, what steps are being taken, and how to safely keep things under control especially with having a pet. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I feel so much more at ease knowing she’s the one helping. Highly recommend Markita!
Richard Valera always alerts me about his arrival. He is polite, professional, and conscientious. He answers questions with confidence and expertise.
Massey’s pest control technician, Richard, was polite, thorough, and followed up with me before he left to ensure I was satisfied.
Just wanted to say thank you to Markita Green. She's very thorough and effective when doing her job. I've never seen anything like it in my 49 years. I was glad it was her because I wanted let her know that her method of pest control actually worked in under 48 hours. I honestly don't want anyone else for pest control unless it's Markita Green. Sincerely, Johnnie Thank you Massey for having her.
