Just wanted to say thank you to Markita Green. She's very thorough and effective when doing her job. I've never seen anything like it in my 49 years. I was glad it was her because I wanted let her know that her method of pest control actually worked in under 48 hours. I honestly don't want anyone else for pest control unless it's Markita Green. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the irrigation services provided by Massey. If I could rate their service with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. On June 15, 2025, we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system and were unable to shut off the water valve. Massey responded and successfully turned off the water, but informed us that a repair would need to be scheduled.
