I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the irrigation services provided by Massey. If I could rate their service with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. On June 15, 2025, we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system and were unable to shut off the water valve. Massey responded and successfully turned off the water, but informed us that a repair would need to be scheduled. Terrible communication. Management at the Windermere office is a joke. Good luck having someone call you back to address an issue. Especially management. If you want to pay someone 90$ to walk around your house for 3 minutes. Look no further. Don’t believe me? I have camera footage. Irrigation program is a scam. Lawn guy is great. The workers are hit or miss. Badly run.
Whitney is the most caring & professional pest control tech we’ve ever had in the 33 years we’ve lived in Florida. Shawn with lawn & shrub division is the very best in his department. They both take care of our property as if it were their own home. Bryan Lawrence, their manager, runs his team better than any one we’ve ever experienced!!!
