I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the irrigation services provided by Massey. If I could rate their service with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. On June 15, 2025, we discovered a leak in our sprinkler system and were unable to shut off the water valve. Massey responded and successfully turned off the water, but informed us that a repair would need to be scheduled. Terrible communication. Management at the Windermere office is a joke. Good luck having someone call you back to address an issue. Especially management. If you want to pay someone 90$ to walk around your house for 3 minutes. Look no further. Don’t believe me? I have camera footage. Irrigation program is a scam. Lawn guy is great. The workers are hit or miss. Badly run.

Very bad experience with Massey for My irrigation repair, don’t want to point out the name. Scheduled for May 1 repair. Paid the 1700. Rewire for the sprinkler as of today. May 16. It’s still no fixed. Call many time Lady who answer the phone always say someone will give me a call back, but. No. They must have my number wrong, Will have close all the Massey services
Kelly and Gabriel were wonderful. They knew what to do and pro ceeded to do the repair without hesitation.
