The worst pest control company I have ever seen in my life. I've been having problems with cockroaches in my house for 3 months, previously it was in the kitchen, so I asked my condominium office to contact the pest control company to solve my problem. When they show up, it's good. But between not calling first and only doing the front porch.. called to have them come do the whole house since it's been over a year. They gave me a 4 hr window. Took off of work. No show! Called them. They made another appt for the next day. 2 hr window. Said they'll definitely come. Again. No show! So lost 6 hrs of work at this point. Called again. They gave no reasons. Nothing. I said cancel my service. Very disappointed as I have been a customer for years
Inconsiderate driving on the road. Had one of their Toyota silver hatchbacks recklessly speed in a merge lane to cut in front of me, and then when I passed him he proceeded to try and cut in front of me again almost hitting my car with my kid in the backseat. I honked at him and drove passed, he followed behind me going extremely fast until he had to turn. The whole time driving with this guy close to me I was nervous. Today we had the inspector Jon V. come to my home and we were extremely happy with services he provided. Jon showed up prior to the appointment and was very polite. He listened to our concerns and asked all the right questions... he was very detailed and explained his findings after doing some soil tests and coming up with a game plan. Pricing was very reasonable compared to their competitors so we decided to go with yearly lawn treatment services and home pest control. We had a great experience with Massey. Since we are only at location rarely, Massey accommodated us last minute to inspect our home for termites (which we had). They also accommodated us with a weekend appointment to do the treatment. Both individuals we dealt with were professional and extremely nice. We would highly recommend them.
