Inspector Steve Moneypenney is a pleasure to work with. This is the second time he has come to my home. He had an opportunity to come earlier and called to verify that would be okay. I was on my way home to meet him and when I arrived he had brought my trash can up to the garage. He is respectful and wears shoe coverings in my home. I've been with Massey Services for over 15 years and have never had a problem with their termite pest control services. During my latest visit, the technician, Steve Moneypenny, was very thorough, pleasant, and professional. While inspecting the outside of my house, he noticed that the drainpipe from my air conditioner appeared broken. I greatly appreciate that he brought this to my attention. (My lawn service provider never said anything about it.) Thanks, Steve!
I have been paying this company 65 dollars for them to come out and do what I’m paying them for one day just taking a look at my security cameras to find out the tech was only here six minutes and did nothing. Still have a lot of weeds in my yard. A lot of the reviews I’ve seen, especially the negative ones, are about Massey and their lawn care services. I’m gonna tell you how awesome their pest control service is.
