I have been paying this company 65 dollars for them to come out and do what I’m paying them for one day just taking a look at my security cameras to find out the tech was only here six minutes and did nothing. Still have a lot of weeds in my yard. Lee was a new Technician sent to our home to perform Lawn Maintenance and did a superb job. He was very thorough and courteous and answered all of my questions with straight forward honest answers. He was assigned to take over our yard since we had previously requested a new technician. Our yard has transformed overnight and keeps getting better everyday following proper care from this Massey Technician. This is a late, but accurate account of the "lack" of service we received from Massey. We signed on with them 3, maybe 4 years ago for lawn care, as my spouse can no longer tend to our lawn. Earlier this year we received a courtesy call from the office making us aware the tech would be coming by the next day to aerate our lawn, and he did. However...he failed to service all of our property. We called the next day giving awareness to the office. We were told the tech would return to finish our front yard. I have been using Massey Services for pest control and lawn fertilization services for the past two years. My technician Ivan has been excellent. He has never attempted to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. Will continue to use Massey Services, I am very pleased.
