Bugs are really not something I handle well. Especially roaches, Matt was super tentative, answered all of my questions, provided excellent service and was very patient with me as I was freaking out about the roaches I saw. His quality of service was incredible. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond and out of your way to help me!

We just had the annual termite inspection and very pleased with Tyler Stewart. He explained everything that he would do inside and outside in detail. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. He mentioned other services that Massey offered but did not feel pressured to sign up. He did go over the internal attic protection which is a 1 time pay, but lifetime protection with Massey. For the price, it seems that this is a great add-on in case we ever had an issue in the attic.
Oh My Goodness!! I had such a wonderful experience with Tyler Stewart and Massey Services Inc. I just signed up as a new customer, and Tyler made me feel so welcomed, answered all my questions, and got my first appointment scheduled during our meeting.
