Added termite coverage to my existing pest control. Our tech Logan was very thorough during the walk through inspection. He explained how the plan worked, upfront costs, and what to expect over the next few weeks. He was professional and very polite. He promptly sent over the contract and paperwork on the same day. Aaron came by today to do an inspection of our current services and was extremely informative and kind! He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our service needs were being met; even though he was only there to perform inspections. This was our second annual inspection with Tyler Stewart and he is always fantastic! He’s super knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. He takes his time and explains as he goes so you know you got a thorough inspection!
We had a mouse problem in our home. Logan Brown from Massey Services handled it for us. We were not at our house at the time so we needed extra help. We had a mitigation done and Logan was fantastic. He communicated everything that was being done and when it was finished he went back and laid mouse traps as well as checked them several times. I would highly recommend working with Logan and the Canton Massey Services!
