This is Yolanda G. In Canton, GA. Tyler the extremely pleasant serviceman that visited our home and he was incredible knowledgeable and detail. He took time to explain everything about the all services provided by Massey. I said to my husband, if I owned this business, he would be my manager. He is someone to consider for management. We just had the annual termite inspection and very pleased with Tyler Stewart. He explained everything that he would do inside and outside in detail. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. He mentioned other services that Massey offered but did not feel pressured to sign up. He did go over the internal attic protection which is a 1 time pay, but lifetime protection with Massey. For the price, it seems that this is a great add-on in case we ever had an issue in the attic.
Oh My Goodness!! I had such a wonderful experience with Tyler Stewart and Massey Services Inc. I just signed up as a new customer, and Tyler made me feel so welcomed, answered all my questions, and got my first appointment scheduled during our meeting. Logan was so helpful with my bug problem he even took down a hornets nest which he wasn’t initially called for and gave me tips on how to prevent them. Now I have no hornets or bugs I’d definitely recommend Massey Services!
Aaron came by today to do an inspection of our current services and was extremely informative and kind! He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our service needs were being met; even though he was only there to perform inspections. He had such a positive attitude and I really appreciated the care he demonstrated towards making sure we were being taken care of. Thank you Aaron!
