I have been using Massey for several years and they do great. they have a gentleman named Steve who does my property and he is excellent to deal with and fun to talk to. He leaves no stone unturned and pays extreme to the little things. When Steve leaves I know my place is well protected from and little creature. He makes for a fun day. We had a great experience with the Massey service today. The service manager, Allen Morris who came to our home was extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and provided very helpful recommendations. I recently had the pleasure of working with inspector Seth Walker and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he observed during the inspection. He made sure I understood his findings and answered all of my questions in detail. I truly appreciate the care and attention he puts in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and reliable inspector.
We recently had our yearly termite inspection and I have to tell you about it. In the twenty years or so we have had Massey pest services, this young man did the most thorough inspection we’ve ever had. His name is Sieny Rodriguez. He truly did a good job and was well mannered too.
Seth was thorough in his inspection and was friendly and polite. He offered to answer any questions that we had and also suggested we reach out if we had any questions or issues later! Bryson also performed our quarterly service and seemed to do a good job!
