Update: Mike addressed my concerns and was great about explaining the issues that lead to the missed appointments, which was the result of an issue with scheduling software. I appreciate how well he took care of the issue. I’ve update the scoring on this review as well. —————— It's become impossible to get anyone on the phone in the Leander location. James Mowel has been my Pest Technician for several years. James is very organized and always provides excellent service. He is professional and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with his service. He explains the product that he is using and what is for. He answers all questions that I ask and keeps me informed of any pest activity that he discovers. Thanks for a job well done James!!
James is hands down the best. He is SO responsive and always wants what is best for the customer. When we had a Red Wasp problem, he was so responsive and said up a follow up each week to ensure the problem was gone. Additionally, we recently had a scorpion issue because of the lack of rain and we are in a new construction area. James was first to respond, and quickly came out to spray!
