I have been using Massey for almost two years. My technician James is always prompt and does a thorough job. He is a nice young man with a good sense of humor. If I ever have an issue between treatments he comes right out. There has never been a charge.

Update: Mike addressed my concerns and was great about explaining the issues that lead to the missed appointments, which was the result of an issue with scheduling software. I appreciate how well he took care of the issue. I’ve update the scoring on this review as well. —————— It's become impossible to get anyone on the phone in the Leander location. Both in November and now in January I have set up appointments and the appointment day/time came and went with no tech showing up and no information from Massey. I also pay for ... read more

James serviced my yard for my regular 1x per two months and also treated the soil since I am getting new sod laid in the next few days. He explained what he was going to do and at the end confirmed what he had done and how it would take water to activate it.

Every service was very polite timely and compleat. We are very satisfied with all that entailed. Very happy to have them taking care of our insect control and would highly recommend there services.
