Update: Mike addressed my concerns and was great about explaining the issues that lead to the missed appointments, which was the result of an issue with scheduling software. I appreciate how well he took care of the issue. I’ve update the scoring on this review as well. —————— It's become impossible to get anyone on the phone in the Leander location.
