We always get a great service from Massey, but Ronnie was fantastic. We are not on his normal route, so the first time we got to see him was when he filled in for our regular technician. Ronnie went above and beyond when helping us out that day. He was very thorough and taught us a lot about our particular pest issue (ants). He put bait in a few spots and in the next 2 days the entire problem seemed to be resolved. He explained in detail what was happening and what to expect. Absolutely recommend!! I recently moved into my first home (new construction) and knew it was normal to see pests as I was essentially taking over their land. The way Susan followed up w us was amazing. Our closing date changed numerous times and she was patient with all of the changes. As much as I forgot about dates and times she was persistent in understanding in how much we needed our services for our newly built home. We finally got together & she provide us with our termite certificate. She educate us about pest control services & many other services she had to offer.
