We always get a great service from Massey, but Ronnie was fantastic. We are not on his normal route, so the first time we got to see him was when he filled in for our regular technician. Ronnie went above and beyond when helping us out that day. He was very thorough and taught us a lot about our particular pest issue (ants). He put bait in a few spots and in the next 2 days the entire problem seemed to be resolved. He explained in detail what was happening and what to expect. Absolutely recommend!! I recently moved into my first home (new construction) and knew it was normal to see pests as I was essentially taking over their land. I’ve been using Massey services for over five ish years now. It started with my aunt and then I had them over at my house. I’ve had different tech coming out ever since I’ve used Massey. But hands down to Ronnie. He would give me a 24hrs heads up when he’ll be there so that I can unlock the gate for him. Love using Massey and will continue using them and support them.
