Update my review!. Main office offer an excellent customer service. I explained my concerns and they hear me out and let me know the Technician who was being rude is not working with them anymore. So I will say give them a try if you are looking for a reliable company.
Massey Services are the best. Their customer service is unmatched and they are always really friendly and kind. From Angie in the office who is the best, to Jarett who came out to do the quarterly check today and answered my concerns. You can't go wrong with Massey.
Massey has been great, from Susan who helped us get started with our service. To Jarrett who services our house. John the GM who personally came out to our house to address any issues we were having. All three are a great representation of Massey. They were honest and up front, when there was a misunderstanding John addressed it immediately and took care of us. My husband and I feel confident in Massey handling all our pest control needs. We would highly recommend them to everyone.
Another example of misleading pricing at its finest! They are still billing me 3 months after I cancel the service! I found out they bill quarterly! So for example, if you call to cancel service in July, they will still bill you till September! SOMETHING THEY DONT TELL YOU WHEN YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK WITH ALL THE FINE PRINT!!! They charge me without providing the servive twice. I’ve been there customer over 4 years, this past year has been nothing what it use to be . Rude technicians, no photos, I literally had a technician laughing at my face. Guess what ? I’m seeing bugs that I did not see before after three weeks of receiving the service. Reason why unfortunately I would not recommend them
