Ronnie Sledge did a great job. He was kind, courteous, detailed, and very thorough. This is well worth the time and effort to pay for. We haven't had any ongoing problems and if we have had any problems at all they come right out and take care of it.
Massey services entire team really takes care of its people and protects your home from every and any unwanted pest you can think of. Keegan Hoover, Michael Malveaux , Susan Lomaglio , Ronnie Sledge, Bryson Place , Mark Barajas, Leo Villanueva, Alec Lipscomb the entire team at Austin will take care of you! Highly recommend to all my neighbors in the Blackhawk community!
Massey has been my pest control company for approximately a year. I’m very happy with this service and especially Ronnie who provides the best care for a pest free home.
We always get a great service from Massey, but Ronnie was fantastic. We are not on his normal route, so the first time we got to see him was when he filled in for our regular technician. Ronnie went above and beyond when helping us out that day. He was very thorough and taught us a lot about our particular pest issue (ants). He put bait in a few spots and in the next 2 days the entire problem seemed to be resolved. He explained in detail what was happening and what to expect. Absolutely recommend!! I recently moved into my first home (new construction) and knew it was normal to see pests as I was essentially taking over their land. But I was especially concerned about scorpions after finding several inside. From the very beginning, this company has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and taken care of.
