Just had Susan from Massey Services come by to help with our mouse problem, and wow, she was great! Super friendly and really knew her stuff. She gave us a ton of useful tips to keep those pesky mice out of our garage. It was like getting advice from a knowledgeable friend rather than just another service call. Susan made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. Two thumbs up for Susan!
I called to cancel service at my elderly parents home. At that time I was told my parents had one more service call coming up that had already been paid for and I was told there would not be anymore charges on their Visa. My brother coordinated the date for the tech to come out and treat the property one last time, he waited and the tech never showed. Massey always delivers!! Jason gave me a call ahead of time before he heads out to my house. He inspects every detail of my house to see if there’s any issues that needs to be taken care of. I am very happy with Massey’s service and would highly recommend!
I rarely see bugs around the house. The ones I do see appear to have come in on things brought into the house. I have had Massey for the last 9 years and have not had any issues with pests in that time. I had EcoShield, acquired by Massey, for 2 years prior to Massey without issues with EcoShield either. I understand why Massey acquired them. I’m very satisfied with Massey and would definitely recommend them.
