Great sales people the rest I wouldn't recommend! The technicians are really just worried about getting there and doing something and being done. Each time they arrived, I had to remind them that they needed to go in to the attic as a part of what I paid for. The last time we weren't there so they never did which is probably for the best since they just flip switches. One time they flipped the wrong switch for the lights and cut off our Central Air. Massey through my technician Daniel has done an excellent job with extermination. He lets me know when he will come and the time! He is always prompt! If he will be delayed, he quickly lets me know! He answers my questions! He lets me know when he is finished with what he found! I recommend him highly and with confidence!!

We had a very poor experience with Massey Services and would not recommend them to anyone considering pest control. When we were first approached by their sales representative, we were told the service would cover both the inside and outside of our home. He also assured us that follow-up visits would be free if issues continued and that a more in-depth treatment would take place during the second visit, including addressing cracks, baseboards, under the stove, etc. During the first visit, the technician only treated the ex... read more

Our neighborhood Account Rep is terrible with communication/responding. Massey was contracted for pre-construction with the builder, but we saw termites within 4 weeks of moving in. The Tech who was sent out to our house to inspect the termite situation was horrible. 1) He got back in his car within 2 minutes of ringing the doorbell — not giving my wife enough time to come downstairs. Gavrel did an amazing job explaining the services that Massey provides. He was knowledgeable about the plans and took his time to explain the costs of the different plans. Gavrel is an asset to the Massey company. He is a nice guy, and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to meet and talk with him.
