Gavrel did an amazing job explaining the services that Massey provides. He was knowledgeable about the plans and took his time to explain the costs of the different plans. Gavrel is an asset to the Massey company. He is a nice guy, and I’m glad that I had the opportunity to meet and talk with him.
Desmond is the absolute best! Since day 1, he has always gone over and beyond to make sure that I am pest free and informative of everything that he does to keep my home pest free. He is responsive at all times and is always easy to work with. If you are looking for someone to keep your establishment pest free, Desmond is your guy.
We like Massey, never any issues with pests while we use their services. We tried to do it ourselves for a while but we’re spending almost the same and not getting great results. Gavriel got us signed back up for monthly treatment and we look forward to having Patrick, our previous tech back to be the one coming regularly. Nice people, professional and effective!
The ABSOLUTE WORST pest control ever. You’re better off using raid. They called themselves bombing and spraying my business swore no bugs would be left but of course they were still there never left. Don’t bother using them.
