I don’t typically leave reviews, but in this instance, this review Must be stated. I hired Massey services nearly a year ago and my lawn has not been properly handled correctly and I say this because I truly believe they don’t invest in the right chemicals to kill your weeds. Manager reached out and left me a voicemail but never stopped by my house. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled. I had someone come out and look for issues with termites and they ended up doing a pest control visit while they were here. I could not recall if I signed for a service or just a one time spray. Had not heard from them in months and finally I was at home last Wednesday and the man came and I almost missed him and I ran out right when he was getting in his truck to leave and I said what are you doing here. Be warned. I paid for irrigation services in October of 2023 last year. It is August of 2024. I still have not had my services completed. I have spoken to managers multiple times had service technician at the house. They flag the problems and never return to complete the work. I speak to office workers who assure me a service manager will be at my house between specific times. They have still yet to show up. The is mind blowing. i paid over 1000 dollars 10 months ago and cant get the work done that i paid for.
I had Massey for many years and as long you are not having issues with your lawn it’s fine but as soon as you start having issues with your lawn they are very unreliable and unresponsive. I am very disappointed with the service. I have to be constantly calling them to find out as to when they are coming. I am having brown spots (which I am developing a fungus on my lawn) and they keep saying they will send someone by the end of the week and it has been 2 weeks already. We do not recommend using Massey for sod installation at all. We were impressed with the technician that initially came out to give the free assessment - he stated we had cinch bug damage which was what we assumed was the issue - he said they could treat that issue and then some areas could be re-sodded which we agreed to do with them.
