I just had a great visit by Mr. Colter Thomas. He educated me on how to keep my hose safe and keep from infestation from happening. I can tell he really enjoys his job and I’m happy someone like him who takes pride in his work came to visit. I’m confident I got the best performance from you guys, I really do appreciate his time and effort.

My experience with Colton has been amazing. He has great customer service skills and has been doing a superb job helping me get rid of the roaches at my new apartment. He’s even given me a couple tips and tricks on how to get rid of them and check when touring apartments. He is such a genuine and friendly person. Definitely deserves 10 stars but can only give 5 😄
EDIT AFTER OWNER REPLY: The owner responded by asking to email them. I already did this and attached a copy of their reply to this review. It was sent 11 days ago. I’ve been working with Massey for a long time. Living near a pond doesn’t help the Pesky bugs in Florida weather. I have also had water situations that they have diagnosed and treated each time. Mike Zipperer is really great at explaining how certain treatments work better than others based on the situation you’re dealing with. He is very informed and excellent at his job. Would recommend Longwood Florida location highly.
