I would give 0 stars but have a 1 star min. Have irrigation and landscape service and we are just throwwing our money away when I'm sure we could of done a better job ourselves. Worst company ever and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Had our whole back yard resodded and started off with a beautiful lawn and we wanted to keep it that way and even installed irrigation system. If you’re looking to enhance the appearance of your property, look at other companies. I prepaid to have plants around my sign and my office as well as grass plugs and despite multiple calls, this is what I’m left with. The company has yet to make it right since April or May. Save the aggravation … go somewhere else. Oh, Massey…. feel free to replant whenever you get around to it. The address is in the photograph.
I got world class service from a gentleman named Colter Thomas who came by and did some work for us to prevent ant issues. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt with what his work. He let us know what he was doing and respected our space as he did his thing. It can be worrisome or unsettling having strangers come into your private space for these kinds of things, but Colter made it a great experience!
Colter from Massey Services deserves a medal, a trophy, and maybe his own national holiday. We were deep in the trenches of war against the unwanted tenants (roaches) in our new condo. We were questioning our purchase, scared to open rooms or closets, and genuinely traumatized by the things we had seen. Within a couple of weeks, the roaches were gone. Colter Thomas was very kind and knowledgeable about preventing bugs. He was very quick spraying and getting all the important spots of the home.
