If you’re looking to enhance the appearance of your property, look at other companies. I prepaid to have plants around my sign and my office as well as grass plugs and despite multiple calls, this is what I’m left with. The company has yet to make it right since April or May. Save the aggravation … go somewhere else. Oh, Massey…. feel free to replant whenever you get around to it. The address is in the photograph.

I got world class service from a gentleman named Colter Thomas who came by and did some work for us to prevent ant issues. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt with what his work. He let us know what he was doing and respected our space as he did his thing. It can be worrisome or unsettling having strangers come into your private space for these kinds of things, but Colter made it a great experience!

I've used this company for over 5 years. One day my credit card got compromised. I did not think to call them to update my credit card if I didn't even know I owed them. $55. I come home from work. I'm not even one treatment past due and there's a note on my door threatening a notice of intent to file a mechanic lien. Be very careful when choosing this company. They completely out of their minds. Nobody called me. Nobody stopped by to see me. Nobody talked to me about the situation. I had no idea my card wasn't even working.... read more

Mr. Thomas is the team member who usually responds to our pest control calls. We’ve been so impressed with our pest control service! He is always professional, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just treat the problem—he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and shares helpful preventative tips so we can keep issues from coming back. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about providing great service. Highly recommend!
