Mr. Thomas is the team member who usually responds to our pest control calls. We’ve been so impressed with our pest control service! He is always professional, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t just treat the problem—he takes the time to explain what he’s doing and shares helpful preventative tips so we can keep issues from coming back. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about providing great service. Highly recommend!

My family moved into a new apartment and noticed roaches when we moved in. We asked for pest control and management sent Mr. Colter Thomas to help. He was very informative when he came by and quickly went to work. After he left we didn’t notice anymore roaches! Months later we had another issue with ants and Mr. Thomas came again. He instructed me on easy methods to get rid of pests for good while he worked. We always appreciate when Mr. Thomas comes by! He’s a big help!
