I would like to say that Eric and Tanner from Massey have done an excellent job at taking care of my lawn. They are diligent and responsive to my concerns and propose a treatment plan to address those concerns. Great job Massey!
Extremely dissatisfied with Massey. We had their service for a year and told them that we were selling our house and did not want to renew our service. Their office never cancelled and are now sending threatening letters that they are turning us over to collections for the renewal fee of $205. I am not paying for a contract when the house was sold in November 2023. STOP SENDING THREATENING LETTERS. Didn't even want to give them 1 star but its the only way it would allow me to post my review.
We are newer customers to Massey and are very pleased with the service Xavier gives us each time he visits our home. He goes above and beyond every time and is professional and courteous. I wish I could give him ten stars!
This is what our lawn looks like after 4 years of Massey Services Lawn Care, we even had to resod it once during their time of service, and now will be replacing the entire lawn. These people just don’t care, when I called to cancel the service, no one even inquired as to why we no longer wanted their service! Woefully lacking in customer service. I had to give them a star, because 0 was not an option. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys if you are looking for a nice lawn, they can’t do it.
They do awesome job the front yard looks beautiful the best it ever been, we are having them do the backyard also. Friendly & very helpful with any questions you might have.
