We hired Massey Services for lawn care in October of 2024. The sales manager and a rep came for the first visit to do the quoting and noted that we had some grub issues that needed to be taken care of even given that we didn’t have a sprinkler system, they felt they could manage it. We agreed to no-monthly billing to get the yard looking better. I paid a large sum up front in October, got billed in November, December and January. Just a Huge Shout Out to Xavier Freeman who works for Massey Services Inc. Not only is he the kindest, sweetest young man I’ve ever met but he remembers names and details from past conversations. Kudos to his parents for raising such a polite and respectful young man. He has an exuberance about him and the faithfulness sparkles in his eyes when he speaks. Massey has kept my lawn and landscaping very green and clean. Our service person Jeremiah is a true professional. Always lets me know he’s at the house and what’s being treated on the visit. Appreciate the great service!
Massey has been spraying our yard for years so imagine my surprise when chinch bugs ate a large portion of our side lawn. The manager, Tom, said he would take care of it, but I now have a lawn of wild Bermuda instead. No return calls from Tom.
Never spend time to give reviews but Xavier has been amazing to get to know , since he takes the time to talk and inform the customer of what the action plan has been for my troublesome yard. The builder installed the worst and cheapest sod possible which has made it very difficult with bugs , weeds and altogether a dying expensive yard, but when he came around grabbed my yard and neighbors yards to inform on what process is needed and as well as altering the methods throughout the time when needed!
