I used Massey at my home in Longwood (the Sweetwater area), and my ex-husband had to fire them within months (I now live in New Smyrna Beach). Masset is just another ginormous, national company with misleading contract language and caveats to every special they offer. True, the guys who show up at the door are friendly, but they don't write the contracts, and they don't make the rules. Everything is great until you have an issue, and then it's excuse after excuse.
