Cantrell was so helpful and treated my entire unit very efficiently and quickly. He gave me the information I needed on how to ensure longevity of the product he sprayed and was very kind!

I have been a Massey customer since 2009. For many years the service was excellent. Technicians confirmed appointments, arrived on time and left a report of what they found and what they did. I am not sure what has happened in the last two years but none of those things happen any more. Communication is non-existent. Techs seldom arrive on time. Reports of what was done seldom get posted to the portal. I don’t think anyone one at the local Massey cares anymore.
Cantrell is the tech for our property here at Oak Run apartments. As the assistant manager for our community i would to say he is efficient he is thorough and he gets the job done. We have seen a decrease pest issues which is amazing. Really personable and always wants to make sure office community has everything it needs.
