We’ve been on a weekly treatment plan and have always had great experiences but this morning Ben Brook went above and beyond. He was timely, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained every safety aspect of the product he was using. He made us feel comfortable about the treatment especially since we have a dog. Early morning appointments are never ideal but Ben came with an enthusiasm that really made it a nice way to start the day! Thank you Ben!

We’ve had Masseys as our exterminator for about 5 years and are still very pleased with their work. We use them for not only termite treatment, but for general bug/wasps/spiders, etc control for the house. If there’s ever a time when we feel the need to call them for an extra issue that’s popped up unexpectedly, and they rarely do, but bugs will be bugs, and so we’ll call up Masseys and they come out right away! He is incredibly responsive—always gets back to us ASAP—and is genuinely so kind and professional.
