Last week, I had over 20 wasps enter my living room. The technician sprayed a powder sealant (his terminology) and no more wasps came in. An appointment was set up for today to come repair the outside hole for a permanent solution before it rained and washed the powder away. The service time was set in writing in email for today between 2-4. By 4:15, no one had come by or called. So I called. BILLY APGER is THE best technician. Recently we have had problems with mosquitoes and spiders. He knew exactly what to do as far as treatment and he hit our inside and outside home hard. The friendliest and most knowledgeable tech. Massey is the best and so is Billy A!!!
Over 20 bees/wasps entered our living room. A technician came out and put a sealant around the area which would keep them out until they could have the hole filled. They told us it would not last through a big storm though. We scheduled them to fill the hole today, Tuesday, from 2-4. We had it in writing. Today comes and no one shows. *Update 11/5 - after emailing below, Massey came out the next day to resolve the issue. Everyone was very apologetic and I believe it has just been a misread of the address. Either way, all is good now and the tech who came was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey. We are allowed to request a technician come by our units on specific days to spray as part of our lease.
