*Update 11/5 - after emailing below, Massey came out the next day to resolve the issue. Everyone was very apologetic and I believe it has just been a misread of the address. Either way, all is good now and the tech who came was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey. We are allowed to request a technician come by our units on specific days to spray as part of our lease.
