Terrible customer service. I scheduled an inspection as a new customer and no one showed up—no confirmation, no call, nothing. I had to follow up multiple times just to speak to someone. When I finally made another appointment and called to confirm, I got bounced around between employees, and no one could even find my info in the system. Not a single apology for the inconvenience. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. I would not trust them with my home or money. Avoid this company.
Ryan at the West Palm Beach location provided EXCELLENT customer service. He went over and above to help me schedule an appointment to resolve an issue found during a recent home inspection for the sale of my home. Great customer service is hard to find these days and RYAN IS THE BEST! THANK YOU RYAN!
I’ve been with Massey for many years, and although all my service technicians have been great, Danny at the West Palm Beach, FL office is by far the best. He sincerely cares, always has a smile and I don’t even need to be home to know when he comes to my house, he will do a thorough job. First, please give him a raise, and second, please don’t move him away from his current route!

I've been using Massey Services for a few months, and it has been a disaster from the start. They failed to show up for the services I paid for, which led me to contact Justin, the General Manager. Justin explained he was new to the role and persuaded me not to cancel by giving me a sob story about his situation. I reluctantly agreed to continue.
