We've been using Massey for the past couple of years and it has been an amazing experience. Our tech has always been timely, professional and kind. Danny came to our house on March 28, 2024. He was very nice, polite and asked me if there were any problem areas around the house. He swept the cobwebs from the pool screen and around the house. I told him about the ant problem I was having around the garage and he took care of that. Overall a friendly great guy and I was very pleased with the service that day. Hired them for weed control in my yard and insect control in my house. I paid over $1000 for services over a few months of service but my yard only got more and more overrun with weeds. On top of their complete lack of doing anything whatsoever to control the weeds on my yard, the ants were only gone for a few days after they come out to spray for bugs. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Situation: As part of my in-laws purchase of a house, the sellers agreed to pay for tenting the house for termites during the renovation. So this company was paid and scheduled to complete the process on a specific day when other contractors were told they could not work. This company does hire a 3rd party company and did not complete the process on the day scheduled, essentially breeching the contract and costing us days of missed work.
