Massey services, specifically our technician, Andrew Tirey is fantastic! He is both proactive and reactive to our service needs, which we truly appreciate. Andrew is quick to respond to my text requests, and he came over to our property to check the results/status of some previous treatment applications. We are pleased to and delighted to have Ms Ashley to come into our home, she was wonderful explaining everything to us and always has a SMILE. She walked the yard, checked the crawled space and found a water problem that we didn’t know we had. We are thankful so we can try to solve this problem. We also have had you all before and she Ms Ashley serviced us also, she’s a keeper very calm, great attitude and has a sense of humor. We will keep in touch and great doing business with you all. It's nice to have someone who will answer every one of your questions no matter how many you ask and continue to be polite and respectful. That is exactly what Ashley was today. I was not even on their schedule today, but when I saw them outside I asked if I could have a card to call and schedule an appointment, but little did I know the office said they would be able to come over and answer any question I had and give me an estimate today. Ashley and Jacob were great. Thank you again.
I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am this one! I did not renew my service this year because of the issues I had last year with their technician. However they apparently came out last month and sprayed without a contract of renewal and charged me for it! When a technician came out in March I explained that I didn’t plan on renewing.He said that they have changed management since last year.
