I was stranded with a dead battery in an apartment parking lot and asked a tech to please help me jump my vehicle. It’s 35 degrees out and advised “No, I don’t have time for that” I feel that is rude and definitely far from curious…. I would never use their service on principle alone. Not allow them into my home.
