We have been customers of Massey for 7-8 years now and have always had a great experience with them! Our most recent technician, Kim, has been great to work with and she truly takes her time to apply the pest control products and sweep the house for pests each visit and addresses all of our concerns. She is always cheerful every time we see her and has been knowledgeable if I have any questions. Massey's prices are competitive and worth it!!

Highly professional staff and in a matter of minutes issue on lawn was diagnosed,treated within days and after initial treatment already starting to see trouble area disappearing and lawn treated to prevent issues in future.Thank you Jeff and staff..
Worst service and worst response ever. After these guys sprayed my plants started withering and now they are completely dead. Their QC person came and closed the case saying it’s not our mistake and it’s mushroom rot. But we cut the plants from roots and saw no mushrooms. And their QC person donot have any idea why all the plays started withering at the same time!!!’ And they just closed the case without proper reasoning.
