We have been customers of Massey for 7-8 years now and have always had a great experience with them! Our most recent technician, Kim, has been great to work with and she truly takes her time to apply the pest control products and sweep the house for pests each visit and addresses all of our concerns. She is always cheerful every time we see her and has been knowledgeable if I have any questions. Massey's prices are competitive and worth it!!
Jonathan Breen was very responsive, friendly and professional . He is Massey's representative for the 34652 area (among other areas I'm sure). They do pest control and lawn services. Their treatment to do analysis and green-up the lawn was particularly cool given the flood damage done to our Gulf Harbor neighborhood lawns. Call Jonathan for top quality service!
Massey services just installed my Sentricon bait stations and sprayed my attic for termite prevention and protection. Jayson my technician was polite, thoughtful and professional. He educated me and explained everything that he was doing. Highly recommend Massey.
One star is too generous for this company. I've never encountered a more clueless group of people. The technician they sent me couldn't identify a cockroach if it crawled up his nose, argued with me about biting midges, claiming they don't even bite (they absolutely do!), and when I asked about the spray he was using, he just shrugged! Is this what passes for pest control these days? If you want your pest problem to get worse, call Massey. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and call someone who knows what they're doing!
Kim os very polite, professional, and she is very thorough doing her job. Kim is a very nice lady and gets to know her clients and doggies too.
