I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Since June, I noticed small patches of yellowing grass in my front yard. I assumed the technicians would notice and address the issue, but they never did. By July, large areas of grass had completely died. During their routine visits, the technicians never contacted us, and we never had the chance to speak with them. Our tech Kim is phenomenal! Knowledgeable and kind, she was able to guide us through preventative steps we can take that other service providers neglected to mention in the past. Grateful for her and Massey. Shane, our initial inspector was really awesome as well.
Kim has been coming to our office for a long time and does a fabulous job, she is always upbeat and a pleasure to see. We are a garbage company so bugs are no strangers but she takes every visit serious and has kept the critters away!
I have been very disappointed with Massey Services here in Odessa, FL. The entire grass died this summer in front yard as well as backyard. It all started with a small brown patch of 2 sq ft. 3 months ago. After reporting to Massey technician they didn’t do anything other than usual pesticides and all. We have been customers of Massey for 7-8 years now and have always had a great experience with them! Our most recent technician, Kim, has been great to work with and she truly takes her time to apply the pest control products and sweep the house for pests each visit and addresses all of our concerns. She is always cheerful every time we see her and has been knowledgeable if I have any questions. Massey's prices are competitive and worth it!!
