Robert, our pest control guy, does an absolutely amazing job for our community. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. You can tell he truly cares about keeping our homes safe and pest-free. He’s reliable, thorough, and always shows up with a great attitude. We really appreciate all the hard work he does—our community is better because of him. Highly recommend!
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Since June, I noticed small patches of yellowing grass in my front yard. I assumed the technicians would notice and address the issue, but they never did. By July, large areas of grass had completely died. During their routine visits, the technicians never contacted us, and we never had the chance to speak with them. The service from Massey was highly responsive from our initial call to them. Rachelle provided a thorough review of the problem and Kim the actual inspector was GREAT when she returned the following day. In fact, she caught the sucker w/in 30 minutes of her arrival. She also returned a few days later to re-check the bait stations and she remediated the issue where new activity was noted. Kim- a true professional w/ a friendly demeanor.
