Started service with them last week and the first visit was scheduled for today 04-05-2024 between the hours of 2.p.m. and 4p.m. I was woken up at 7a.m. to a call from them saying they can not hold that time, can they come earlier. I said I can move somethings and they can come between 11a.m. and 1.p.m. Shortly after 1p.m. the technician calls and says I will be 30 minutes late. At 1:30 I left because I had things I had to do.
