We are truly thankful for the service provided by Massey. We had an unexpected (never in my life) visitor called German Roach. I panicked & we called right away Massey because German roaches is a BIG No No in my house. They sent exactly the right person over. Jose Rivera Vega did a thoroughly job. Usually it takes 3 treatments to get rid of them and in only that first treatment we saw results. Jose explained in details what he was going to do and how he was going to tackle the issue. ***Edited to add: At this time the corporate office is involved and states they will address the issue and remove the charge. I continue to not recommend the Kissimmee location as this should not have required escalation. We will see if corporate holds true on their end.*** Beware: When you cancel your pest service (December 2024) via phone call, they will continue to come and say ''we have no note on the account of the cancellation''... so this is apparently my word against theirs? Terrible experience with this company. Called for a treatment, was sold a 3 month treatment plan, no problem. The treatments did not work, the technician would always come on days that I worked instead of my days off like I asked, so they only treated the outside and did not treat the inside as they were supposed to. After the plan was up they just continued to show up and spray the outside randomly and then would bill me. I informed them I was moving and no longer needed or wanted the service.
