I have been a customer of Massey service pest control, for 25 years at my home in Tallahassee and The Villages Florida. The services have included Inside and Outside Pest Control, lawn, mosquito service, and termite. John, is in charge of inside and outside pest control and also spraying for mosquitoes. Al White is a consummate professional. He knows what he is doing and never quits until he gets the job done. He even came to my house at the end of the work day on a Friday and IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY! Now that is commitment, dedication, and loyalty. I truly appreciate him as well as his character and work ethic. He’s the best!
This was the best experience yet. We are new to the south and all of its pests and we purchased an old house with a history, our technician was so knowledgeable. He was able to identify ancient termite damage from past infestations. He explained safe pest control for our dogs and other things we could do in our yard to prevent pests All around great experience super nice guy with a wealth of information
Been using Massey for over a year now...STILL have weeds that don't get sprayed/killed. Called to have someone come spray and they said someone would be here next. That was 7 days ago. I called back...still nothing.
