We’ve been Massey customers for five years now, and our annual service visits have always been reliable and professional. But this morning’s visit with Sabrina stood out in a way I wasn’t expecting. Robert Lewis has been my technician for nearly 10 years. He is diligent to use the proper treatment, is thorough, friendly, and always texts me or calls to tell me when he will make his regular visit. He emails a full report afterward. He always sweeps my eaves, sprays in my screened patio and answers any questions I have. I’ve been extremely pleased with Massey all these years. If I ever have a specific issue or need an indoor treatment they proactively and quickly respond. Very happy!

Robert Lewis is my technician and he is the reason I stay with Massey Services. He is always on time, checking in with me for my next service date to make sure I don’t miss my monthly appointment. Robert has single handedly handled my pest problem and was very honest & upfront about the challenges of living in a shared space/ condominium.
