I was very disappointed with the service. We were told in advance to remove all items from the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to allow proper fumigation, so we spent a lot of time preparing the apartment. However, when the technician arrived, he finished the entire job in less than three minutes. All of the customer service reps where helpful over the phone in getting me scheduled. Joniele was very helpful and professional. He was super courteous and got the job done quickly.

Per receipt, 6 minutes checking 32 bait traps. I only found some of the baits and took pics after they provided “service”. Went to the office where the tech Peter looked me in the eyes and said he checked my bait traps. Given multiple opportunities to recant statement. Then showed manager 10 of the traps in my yard which clearly weren’t checked. He said he’d go over and check my traps. I asked Peter to not be sent for obvious reasons. Great customer service with department, we live in a conservation area so roaches are a constant problem, they now have that under control, Tina in customer service goes beyond expectations, well worth the money..
