I was very disappointed with the service. We were told in advance to remove all items from the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to allow proper fumigation, so we spent a lot of time preparing the apartment. However, when the technician arrived, he finished the entire job in less than three minutes. He only sprayed lightly around the kitchen and bathroom floors and initially didn’t spray inside the cabinets at all. When I asked him to do so, he seemed annoyed and did it very briefly. My tech Joniele did a great Job inside of my home.I had a major roach infestation and he quickly got rid of issues within 2 follow ups. He made the process really easy for me and my family and we appreciate him being ontime for appointments. This technician has a good heart and really cares about making sure customer is happy and taken care of . I hope this gets to his mangers so they can know how great and how much of a beautiful individual he is.
Per receipt, 6 minutes checking 32 bait traps. I only found some of the baits and took pics after they provided “service”. Went to the office where the tech Peter looked me in the eyes and said he checked my bait traps. Given multiple opportunities to recant statement. Then showed manager 10 of the traps in my yard which clearly weren’t checked. He said he’d go over and check my traps. I asked Peter to not be sent for obvious reasons. I am so impressed with the service I received with Massey service. Joe came out for an inspection at my place and identified the problem. He worked on my behalf to get a same day treatment by Keith, who rushed right over and took care of the treatment side of their service. They were both genuinely attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to get my service needs met. I am happy that I went with them (Massey) as my service provider. Keep up the good work!! ...
Such a professional company to deal with. Wonderful customer service when calling in for an appointment. Easy scheduling and always on time. We see consistency with employees which tells us they are also a good company to work FOR. Robert has been our tech for quite some time.
