Robert Lewis is my technician and he is the reason I stay with Massey Services. He is always on time, checking in with me for my next service date to make sure I don’t miss my monthly appointment. Robert has single handedly handled my pest problem and was very honest & upfront about the challenges of living in a shared space/ condominium. But he has restored my faith in customers service and service delivery. If I owned a business I would want nothing but Robert Lewis’s working for me.

I was very disappointed with the service. We were told in advance to remove all items from the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to allow proper fumigation, so we spent a lot of time preparing the apartment. However, when the technician arrived, he finished the entire job in less than three minutes. All of the customer service reps where helpful over the phone in getting me scheduled. Joniele was very helpful and professional. He was super courteous and got the job done quickly.
Per receipt, 6 minutes checking 32 bait traps. I only found some of the baits and took pics after they provided “service”. Went to the office where the tech Peter looked me in the eyes and said he checked my bait traps. Given multiple opportunities to recant statement. Then showed manager 10 of the traps in my yard which clearly weren’t checked. He said he’d go over and check my traps. I asked Peter to not be sent for obvious reasons.
