I've been using Massey since 2024 for our pest control needs and have been very pleased with their services! Not sure who handles the schedule but they are always on time! I don't have to reach out to them every qtr. They will either call or text when they are coming out. Prices have increased over time but I continue to remain a loyal customer because their service works! I have never had to call to have them come back out. Super responsive with next day service. Matt Hughes was great and really spent the time to inspect the home and make sure we were taken care of.
We're a long time customer of Massey for several years now. I recently had a service called in beginning of Spring and with all the rain we got, Massey was able to send someone out to visit our home very quickly. Shout out to Logan Brown for taking the time to walk through my house and identify potential spots out in our back yard with entry for pests. Our initial service tech., Ashley, was very lovely! She provided great information, advice, and transparency about the services that they provide for pest, mosquito, and termite protection. She was very upfront about services and answered all our questions honestly & accurately! We appreciate her service & would recommend her and this company for anyone’s pest control needs!

AUGUST 28, 6:50 - 7:00 am, He was flying down chastain rd, chastain corner to canton rd, to the Massey office. he had the green seed spread strap to the back of the truck.
