We're a long time customer of Massey for several years now. I recently had a service called in beginning of Spring and with all the rain we got, Massey was able to send someone out to visit our home very quickly. Shout out to Logan Brown for taking the time to walk through my house and identify potential spots out in our back yard with entry for pests. Services didn’t work, asked for the money back guarantee for a balance owed. They ended up charging a card they shouldn’t have kept on file, then threatened to send me to collections-after they had already stolen the money. Stay away from this branch.
Our initial service tech., Ashley, was very lovely! She provided great information, advice, and transparency about the services that they provide for pest, mosquito, and termite protection. She was very upfront about services and answered all our questions honestly & accurately! We appreciate her service & would recommend her and this company for anyone’s pest control needs!
