Edit: I was contacted by Massey and they brought in an experienced person to consult with and do a thorough spray. I have upped the review and will report back soon. I appreciate them taking our concerns seriously and doing what they can to rectify. Carlos is the technician that service my location. He does a really good job ensuring he cover problem areas. If he see any spider webs he will knock them down as well as wasp nest. He will also do a follow-up call to ensure the issue on hand is resolved. I am happy with the services I have (Termite, Pest Control and Mosquito) I recommend this company if you’re in need of any of these services.
I am very happy with Massey Pest Control. Carlos V. is always diligent with great attention to detail and a great work ethic.
