I cancelled my pest control with Massey last year because the technicians wouldn't ever get to my home in the time span quoted. I got a bill for collections, and I called their office and was told that we had service in June of this year. Which I never approved because I had cancelled them in 2020. I spoke with a lady named Dawn at the League City location, and she wouldn't even listen to my issue. She just kept telling me that the tech came here and sprayed in spots where he could reach.
