We've had Massey services for years, most recently, our service tech has been Gabriel Rivera, he's the best! Always looking out for our pets and wildlife on our property. When we told him we were moving to Georgia, he let us know that there is Massey in Georgia too! So now we will continue to be pest free at our new home as well. Wasn’t going to complain but it has to be said . My grandmother had the service . But canceled it a week later due to she wasn’t going to move things around for the tech to spray . Refund couldn’t be refunded due to me using my account number so I was Told 6-8 weeks . Mind you this was in Jan . I’ve called over 5x just to clarify that I’m getting a refund and every time I called It was in process. Called the ending of Feb . And was told no payment was being refunded . Monique came in for the internal termite inspection and it was a detailed one checking every room of the house, garage, attic. After that what you have is peace of mind that your house is safe. She was very nice, fast to get this done and clarified all my questions.
Today was the day for our annual reinspection by Massey Services Pest Control. Like last year, our reinspector was Monique. Her engaging and friendly personality while doing a thorough inspection of our home and grounds is an excellent example for all service-related occupations. We are very satisfied with the pest control plan and services provided by Massey Services.
Just had my annual termite inspection conducted today by Monique Norfleet. Monique was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable, I enjoyed her professionalism conducting the inspection and hope to have her back on next years inspection. Thank you Monique, you brightened up my day.
