I cannot be more grateful for Massey sending me Ryan to be in charge of my service and making my grass beautiful as ever. He knows his stuff and always make sure to go beyond for his customers. I would not change him for another tech. The key is communication and always pay attention to your tech advise and instructions. This is a join team work effort on both sides to get results. I give him 10 stars for service, Honesty and attention to detail... Amazing Job!!!

My name is Jason Bates and Monique Norfleet is or reinspector to help keep everything secure with our home. I called to have some wasps and spiders in our new home dealt with and she promptly showed up and also gave a call before hand to make sure we were reminded. When she arrived, I could instantly tell she cared for the situation we had and wanted to clear all the bugs out to the best of her ability. I am a new homeowner and have tried multiple times to utilize and set-up the free pest service appointment. When speaking on the phone, I was told someone would be calling me back to set up that appointment, which was not done. Once I was able to set up an appointment with an inspector they showed at 2:45 when it was set up for 3:00 so I missed the inspector since they left the site. Staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. General Manager Thurman Ortiz is one of the best managers I have ever had to step foot on my property. He addressed my concerns with Fire Ants in my yard and roaches inside my home. He came back a week later to make sure my issues were taken care of. Highly recommend this Pest Company!!!
