I had the pleasure of speaking with our Massey Lawn Maintenance technician, Ryan English, today. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional as he effectively addressed all my lawn and landscaping questions. Additionally, he provided much appreciated advice on further landscaping ideas. Definitely, a highly motivated individual and a genuine asset to the Masey Services team.
We've had Massey services for years, most recently, our service tech has been Gabriel Rivera, he's the best! Always looking out for our pets and wildlife on our property. When we told him we were moving to Georgia, he let us know that there is Massey in Georgia too! So now we will continue to be pest free at our new home as well. We have used Massey for years. Anibel visited to perform our quarterly service and address a couple of "hot spots" in our house. He is always professional and takes care of the concerns we have. Massey could not ask for a better representative for their company!
Wasn’t going to complain but it has to be said . My grandmother had the service . But canceled it a week later due to she wasn’t going to move things around for the tech to spray . Refund couldn’t be refunded due to me using my account number so I was Told 6-8 weeks . Mind you this was in Jan . I’ve called over 5x just to clarify that I’m getting a refund and every time I called It was in process. Called the ending of Feb . And was told no payment was being refunded . Today was the day for our annual reinspection by Massey Services Pest Control. Like last year, our reinspector was Monique. Her engaging and friendly personality while doing a thorough inspection of our home and grounds is an excellent example for all service-related occupations.
