I want to thank Massey Services for giving service technician Blake back to my account. Blake took care of my lawn for several years until he was reassigned. Although my lawn still looked good for the most part there are a few problem areas in the backyard that are struggling. Now that Blake is back with me I have full confidence that it will get better. I cannot be more grateful for Massey sending me Ryan to be in charge of my service and making my grass beautiful as ever. He knows his stuff and always make sure to go beyond for his customers. Monique Norfleet has been our pest control technician for a few months now and I've never had a better exterminator. We were having persistent issues with brown widows in our garage and lanai areas and she was the only one that was effective at making sure they were gone for good. Since then, we've felt at ease with every visit by her. She's thorough in her work, inspecting corners, removing spider webs, egg sacs, wast nests and checking for fire ants (and sugar ants in the house). If you get Monique, you are in good hands!
