Not a so great experience at the beginning I'm giving this gym satisfactory because there were many factors when I joined even though I didn't have a great experience from the beginning. One complaint I have is that when I leave a message no one returns my calls. Also, I have experienced frequently that when you call you get disconnected. When I called yesterday I got disconnected again, called back and got disconnected 5 more times. Finally I got a live person. A great women's only exercise studio! In thirty minutes you get a complete aerobic and strength training workout. The hydraulic equipment tones muscles, burns fat and calories. After your first workout you feel energized, not tired, and your muscles are not sore, either. There is also a free Dr. Phil weight loss support group. And babysitting, too. They also do a monthly body fat analysis. The staff is very friendly. They are also open 7 days a week. Dee, the owner, is a sweetheart.
