The company themselves are quite literally pests. When our home was built, there was a contract between the builder and this company. We did not renew the contract when it expired. Since then, Massey has come onto our property (ignoring the no trespassing signs), attempted to make deceptive marketing calls, and keeps leaving voicemails. I have emailed them directly to inform them that we do not want them on our property or contacting us. They continue to ignore or acknowledge these requests.
I’ve got video of the technician coming into my apartment, taking pictures of my high end pc and 3D printer, and then leaving. Can’t trust it. I called and they said they can’t dispute because I’m in an apartment and in the contract it states they aren’t allowed to talk to us. I just want these techs to do their job. When I offered to send them viable proof they scoffed at me and turned me away. Sickening honestly. Go to stark if you’re looking for pest control.
Everybody at Massey are nice and helpful. Very professional people and they do a great job. Phil sat down with me and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Nick came out to my house and was very sweet and polite. He also answered any questions that I had. My dogs like both guys and that is always a good sign as my dogs have a good sense of people’s character. All technicians, customer service, and management are friendly, professional and helpful.
