I have been with Massey for close to a year now. I am very pleased with their services. I am also very pleased with Shane's thoroughness, attentiveness and response whenever he visits our home. He is diligent, informative and knowledgeable. We used to have a trail of ants in every corner of our house. They would get in our food, clothes, everywhere! We no longer have those worries. I needed someone to tell me my status on my infestation around my window. Made an appointment with Mark at 9:00 am I received a call from Mark telling me he was en route but was 20 min behind this. Use Pioneer Pest Services instead of Massey. My husband and I redid our entire back yard and went out of our way to source and install centipede grass. We hired Massey to take care of it from the very beginning. It certainly wasn’t cheap but we wanted to keep the yard nice after all the money we spent on it. I just had my first service with Massey Services in DeLand, Florida. The young man who came to my home was so thorough inside and outside my home. He removed my outlet covers. He sprayed the inside of every window. He took care when he moved things to put them back the way he found them. He was polite and professional.
