This company is the worst. I wouldn't recommend them. My apartment at Grandeville on Saxon in Orange City is full of bugs. The guy comes almost every week for 8 months now, and the roaches problem is getting worse. The stuff they spray does nothing. As you seen in the picture. Those roaches I kill myself because the spray they use do nothing. If you are ever thinking of using this company, don't do it. You will be wasting your money.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know that Shane is an amazing tech. He's so knowledgeable, caring and willing to do whatever it takes to keep his clients from having a bad experience. We some how encountered some german roaches and he has been awesome at getting the problem rectified. I would recommend Massey to everyone who needs their service. If you read this and have given a bad review my only recommendation would be to move into Shane's area. Thanks.

Diane from the Orange City office came to my home on 9/20/24 to assess my yard. She was very informative and educated me quite well. She took her time, she answered all my questions and gave great advice on how Massey can rehab my back yard especially! I am very pleased she came on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and was in no rush to leave. She even called a co-worker to verify what was wrong with my yard. I had Massey for quite sometime 3+ years, lawn care treatment, tree and shrub service and pest control. Do not get Tree and Shrub service, it’s worthless. They killed my Magnolia Tree and didn’t replace it. Pest control is not worth it, could never get rid of my fire ants in the time i used their service. Now let’s talk about the lawn treatment. I initially reviewed this company a few months back and just want to update our service. We’ve been pleased with our technician, Josh. He is always respectful, very informative. He is always willing to share his knowledge and recommendations on how we can keep our lawn healthy. It’s a team work - as a homeowner, you also need to do your part to keep your grass looking its best. You have to maintain it too.
