Termite control is a waste of money. We were told when we signed up that any damage would be covered under the guarantee. Well we had Termite damage to our deck and when my wife spoke to the manager he said guarantee only covers the foundation not decks and was very rude.

Had a new outdoor bug control. The man said it was pet safe. It was not! My perfectly healthy 2 year old cat died on Christmas Eve after going outside. Called the office and was given the run around and told they were not doing anything because an animal has never died. Well that’s a lie. If you have pets do not use this company.

I used Massey for years with reasonably good results. Lately my lawn, and every lawn in my neighborhood started looking pretty shabby. I had the Servive manager out and he said "he would take care of it". About a week later a technician came out with a real attitude, just slinging iron on my lawn. The lawn still looked as shabby as before. I finally canceled the service, and I had a considerable refund due. I recently had my home inspected by Jason Thornton. Jason was very punctual, arriving on time for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
