MASSEY Services Pest Control is the worst pest control option out there, stay far,far away if you care about your home. Monica S. the receptionist has a poor attitude and does not follow up as promised. Scott is a terrible and lazy technician who complains continiously while working about the company. The managers are non responsive. Under the new management this company has gone down hill fast. Simply put they want the customer to pay while they do not uphold their company promise.
Arron, Our service technician does an amazing job. He's professional, timely, kind and always takes care of our pest control needs. Monica, The Office Manager is personal and somehow always answers the phone.
Stuart Krahn was very knowledgeable explaining to us the mosquito treatment options available and how to combat our particular problem areas across our yard. He made me feel like a valued customer and that he cared about the work he was doing and genuinely providing quality service all season. Looking to continuing utilizing Massey and their staff of invested employees for years to come.
