Wow Greg from the Lake Norman office did a good job on my home. He seems to always have a good attitude and I don't see bugs for a long time after he completes a job. I'm happy with the service provided by him and Massey!

It was the best experience ever! Billy Apger visited our home and provided a detailed explanation of the pest control services he would deliver. He inquired about any concerns we had and I mentioned that spiders worry me in the spring. He informed me that he would be using a special powder designed to alleviate spiders and their webs. Great service, always updates when scheduled to service. The product being used is working outside and inside our home.
This has been the worst service experience ever. We’ve been with them for four years, and this year they did nothing while still charging us. After repeatedly complaining, we discovered rat infestation on our property. When we reported it, they were not able to send any help and the problem remains. I called to cancel, explaining that I still had webs and hills everywhere, despite their claims of having sent someone just a few days prior.
