Terrible experience! “Initial assessment” is carried out by a sales person who is only interested in selling a service plan. Had an issue with a nest/mites in the bathroom vent. I waited 3 days to get a service guy out who had no clue why he was there. Did not address the issue just sprayed some magic juice around the area. When I queried it they said they would send a manager out the next day. Same service tech turned up this time with a vacuum cleaner and some different special juice. Wow Greg from the Lake Norman office did a good job on my home. He seems to always have a good attitude and I don't see bugs for a long time after he completes a job. I'm happy with the service provided by him and Massey!
Very nice technician! Very polite! Always lets us know when he is coming or whether he has to reschedule.
It was the best experience ever! Billy Apger visited our home and provided a detailed explanation of the pest control services he would deliver. He inquired about any concerns we had and I mentioned that spiders worry me in the spring. He informed me that he would be using a special powder designed to alleviate spiders and their webs. He thoroughly explained that Massey is a customer-oriented company, encouraging us to call the office with any concerns so they could address any issues promptly. Absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company claiming to care. Three weeks ago I called dissatisfied with my pest control in my house. I was told a service manager would be calling. No call to date. Last week I spoke to a technician who showed up at my home to do a termite service about my concerns with pest control in my house. She said she would relay the information and someone would call me right away to get someone out. No call to date. I don't blame the technician. She was actually very nice... read more
