The staff David Smith who came out for the consultation/initial inspection was friendly and answered all my questions. He is super knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Dave who came out to do the pest control was also really nice and did a good job explaining the areas he cannot cover (builders responsibility). Some of the weep holes could have been installed better but they are coming back to fix it next time. Overall, i highly recommend Massey.

I recently had the pleasure of contacting Massey Services Pest Control, and my experience was excellent from the start. The person I spoke to on the phone was accommodating, and they promptly sent out an inspector named Mark Stroud. Mark was fantastic – he explained everything thoroughly and showed great respect. We love Massey Services. Mr. Fabian serviced our home a few times, we always feel safe when he visits. He is super considerate with appointment times, calling ahead of time and being punctional! We always feel better after presenting a concern to him and he explains everything really well. It's pretty evident that he cares about the homes he is servicing!
