Rob serving McKinney is amazing! He is so attentive (gets along with my very picky pup) and takes care of our home ( especially when so many or being built in our area). You can’t go wrong with Massey when Rob is in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!!!

Massey has been treating our home for several years now, and we could not be happier with them: no bugs in the house!! Our technician is John Lolo who does an OUTSTANDING job… very thorough, great communications letting us know when he’s coming and after, what he has done. We love having him as our technician!! Have been with other companies prior to Massey and never had the satisfaction we have with John and Massey!

I am Highly disappointed with Massey Pest Control. They have come out twice and my issue with earwigs still persists. When I call i am constantly gaslighted by different customer service agents and even when they come out to spray they don't follow through with what was promised when we first initially signed the contract. I am fed up and will be canceling our service with Massey and will look elsewhere.

The technician Robert Barnes was an excellent technician and very professional. Being new to the state, Robert explained everything that needed to be done in a clear and concise manner.

Dalton is a rock star! He went above and beyond and out of his way to help us, and I am very grateful. Customer service is an absolute strong suit when it comes to Massey!
