We have had Nicholas Koback as our technician for the past 2 treatments. He is exceptional and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with how he asks if I want him to review with me what treatments he performed during each visit. He is courteous, professional, and very kind. I hope that he continues working with Massey as he is definitely a positive addition to the company.
