Chuck is such a great service provider! He listens to any problems I might be having and tries to find solutions. He is courteous and friendly and leaves my home better than he finds it.
We started using Massey Services Pest Control because we had a terrible ant problem! We had tried ant killer and traps from Amazon and Walmart with no luck. We have been using Massey Services for about a year now and they do an amazing job. Pamela is so helpful and kind on the phone and Chris is such a nice guy and gives 100% when he comes out and sprays. I would definitely recommend Massey Services!
When I posted this review, Massey had a score of 4.7 for 153 reviews. My experience with them tells me they deserve to have excellent numbers. I agree with the other good reviews. I'll just add little more information. We hired them to help my 66 year old sister. They treated her great and never tried to take advantage of an older lady, like a lot of companies do. We recently started up the Pest Control Service at our CubeSmart Property-Store 4831, After having a previous company, we made the switch to Massey. The Service Manager Jon was so helpful and informative. The Tech Chris that did the service was absolutely wonderful. He was verbal and if I had any questions, he answered them. I highly recommend Massey Services.
