Had Massey contracted for 1 year. Still have issue. Talked to store manager said he would personally be there on Wednesday of the following week. Never showed. Waste of money.
UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. I recently signed up for their service and am very pleased! They're reasonable when compared to my last pest company and cover lots of services. They even dress nicely which was a professional touch. They explain everything in an understandable way. Great experience so far
I have had this service for a couple of years with no problems and have recommended this company to others. But as company's go their service has achieved a new low.
