I recently signed up for their service and am very pleased! They're reasonable when compared to my last pest company and cover lots of services. They even dress nicely which was a professional touch. They explain everything in an understandable way. Great experience so far
Harley from Chickamauga far exceded my expections while inspecting my attic crawl space. My wife swore there were wild animals building a colony inside our ceiling. I told her it was probably just birds jumping around on the roof. She didnt believe me and called Massey services of Athens Tennessee. I have had this service for a couple of years with no problems and have recommended this company to others. But as company's go their service has achieved a new low. The last service man came to my house very stressed and apologized for being in a rush because his supervisor was adding more clients and he didn't have time to do everything at this point his manager phoned and inquired how much longer he was going to be at my house and he needed to hurry 5min later the manager phones again and the service tech stated I'm leavi... read more
UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. Marvon/Masseys in Athens has been our pest control company for almost 3 years. When I call the office everyone is very friendly. Kevin and Brandon our service techs ( sorry I don’t know their last names) are very professional, friendly, very respectful. They answer all my questions. Won’t use any other company. They always send a text asking what time and day would work for them to come by and service the house.
