I recently signed up for their service and am very pleased! They're reasonable when compared to my last pest company and cover lots of services. They even dress nicely which was a professional touch. They explain everything in an understandable way. Great experience so far
Update: they are trying to make it up Update: The manager said he will be here every tuesday to make sure it is right. He was doing well till today. No call. No show. They have been given plenty of chances and they just cant keep up with their promises. I also found out today my parents are also having problems with no call no shows and being overcharged. $700 for 5 minutes of spraying poison. Don't agree to a high price just because they say they're going to do a lot of work. They're not, but you're stuck with the bill.
UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. They use to be called mar Von but they only would come spray alittle and that was it. Never really done anything. Cooks is 10x better
