I have had this service for a couple of years with no problems and have recommended this company to others. But as company's go their service has achieved a new low. Marvon/Masseys in Athens has been our pest control company for almost 3 years. When I call the office everyone is very friendly. Kevin and Brandon our service techs ( sorry I don’t know their last names) are very professional, friendly, very respectful. They answer all my questions. Won’t use any other company. They always send a text asking what time and day would work for them to come by and service the house.
UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. Impressed with Massey Services Athens. We have used them for close to a year now, and I don’t see any bugs! Zachary is our service tech. He calls before he comes, is prompt, very knowledgeable and always courteous.
*** Changed my review to 5 star. After my initial review, they contacted me as soon as they opened on Monday and rectified the situation promptly. Matt was able to come out within the hour of the call and was able to start our treatment plan. Very pleased with our inspection and speediness of correcting the issue! Exterminator never showed up for our inspection appointment. Never received a call either. Very disappointing and will be using someone else.
