I recently signed up for their service and am very pleased! They're reasonable when compared to my last pest company and cover lots of services. They even dress nicely which was a professional touch. They explain everything in an understandable way. Great experience so far
$700 for 5 minutes of spraying poison. Don't agree to a high price just because they say they're going to do a lot of work. They're not, but you're stuck with the bill.
Harley from Chickamauga far exceded my expections while inspecting my attic crawl space. My wife swore there were wild animals building a colony inside our ceiling. I told her it was probably just birds jumping around on the roof. She didnt believe me and called Massey services of Athens Tennessee. UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan. I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. Never will use them again. At the beginning they act like they care then they send yet another person out and they were rude and talked to me like I was stupid. And they never fixed the issue as it was.
