A new technician, Jesse, came to our home yesterday. He immediately started working and it was obvious to my husband that he was doing a very thorough job. Generally my husband is not out and about when the technician comes. Jesse explained what he did for our mole prevention and how what he had done would start working once it rained. I appreciate the time he took and the care he showed. Will definitely look forward to seeing him again.
Our service tech Josh was great. Touched base with us the day before to confirm any specific issues we were dealing with and let us know when he was on his way. Very respectful and did good work treating around our property. Would recommend!

Brandon with Massey has been great from the start. From questions that I have to retreats when we were battling ants from the start of owning our home. We are starting our second year and have seen an improvement overall with not having to deal ticks and fleas on our dogs and cats. Ants no longer a problem. Occasional spider is to be expected when it rains everyday. He would check the attic and keep us informed on what pest is going to be active during the times of the year. And what to look for.
The company always text me and let me know that they’ll be here on a certain day and asked us to put up the dog make sure the gates are unlocked. When we are next on the list Brandon always text me and let me know he’s on his way. What a nice courteous young man Brandon is very efficient and very professional….. since we have been using Massey, we have not had the problems with the ants and bugs around the house!!! They are worth every penny!!
