I had a great experience with Massey Services! Trent, the technician, was excellent—very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, uncovered all of my termite stations, and made sure the ones that needed it were properly refilled. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing he was so detailed and attentive. I really appreciate the quality service and highly recommend both Massey and Trent!

A new technician, Jesse, came to our home yesterday. He immediately started working and it was obvious to my husband that he was doing a very thorough job. Generally my husband is not out and about when the technician comes. Jesse explained what he did for our mole prevention and how what he had done would start working once it rained. I appreciate the time he took and the care he showed. Will definitely look forward to seeing him again.
These guys are great! Taggert is always our technician and always does a great job, he’s always consistent, on time and respectful! He goes above and beyond with each visit to ensure our satisfaction! We never have any bug issues!
I have been using Massey for mosquito spray services for over a year now and have definitely noticed a significant decrease in the mosquitos around our home. Taggert is our usual technician and he provides excellent service. He is flexible with scheduling, thorough with his explanations and service, and he works hard to ensure our dogs aren’t exposed to the spray during the service. I highly recommend Massey for pest control.
