We loved Massey so much we asked if they could continue our service when we moved from OKC to Tulsa, and they agreed even though they didn’t have residential services here at the time. We were thrilled when they opened a Tulsa branch, and they’ve been taking great care of us ever since. All of the techs are kind and professional, and Zechariah and Taggert in particular have taken good care of us.
We have been super happy with Massey Services! Taggert is always happy to match his schedule to ours so that we keep our appointments on track!! He asks if there are any areas we need him to do a little extra treatments on and is more than happy to help us keep our home and property bug and rodent free. Thank you Taggert!!!
We've been customers for a few years now and they have been great. Zechariah is usually our tech and is always professional and thoughtful. He just treated us for ants and did a fantastic job. Recommend!
Taggert is very helpful and communicative, he responds via text which I appreciate as someone who doesn’t answer calls from unknown numbers, haha! They do a great job and I like that they will come back out between scheduled services if you are having problems.
Massey’s service is excellent! They are very friendly and offer to come back if you have any issues. Very reasonable. I highly recommend them! You can’t go wrong!!
