Great company. Our technician, Ben, was very professional and courteous. He notified us the day before the appointment, arrived promptly, and wasted no time servicing our property. I definitely recommend this company.
I was notified in advance twice prior to scheduled treatment which I very much appreciate. Daniel was very friendly and thorough. I observed him in various locations preforming different duties, which was not the case with another technician in the past. He inquired how I would like him to notify me when he was done. A nice touch as I have barky dogs who go crazy when someone rings the doorbell. In short, a nice young man who represents your service very well.
Sean did our bi-monthly service today and was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to let me know exactly what all needed to be done, replaced some broken termite stations, and made sure the products he used were safe for my family and animals! Thanks Sean!
I’m always informed in advance when someone is coming to service my home. Daniel Robinson is usually my service technician. We had a very good conversation, and I felt that he’s very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. He performed what was needed to be done inside and outside my home thoroughly. He was friendly and respectful of my home and private space. I hope he continues to service me in the future. A big THANK YOU for sending such a wonderful service technician!
