There are not enough accolades that I can give Mike Gonzales. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always on time. He is thorough and detailed as he works to ensure that my home, garage and yard is protected from snakes, rodents, scorpions, hornets, wasps and ants. As a brand new home owner I wanted to be sure to take high quality preventative steps to avoid termites, ants and other possible issues. Service was on time and seemed very thorough. Jordan was very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about doing a high quality job, paying attention to details I never would have thought of and he left zero mess. We have had an excellent experience with Massey. We went from seeing several roaches per day to only a couple per year and the ones we see are already dead. We have not seen any rodents with the current traps. Isaac is our technician and is skilled, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He is thoughtful about our dog and little kids and minimizing their exposure to pest products. Massey communication has been quick and easy. Someone always answers the phone.

Eduardo came to my house two times to spray for roaches and did an exceptional job. He has great customer service and Listens to your concerns to resolve any Issues and answers all your questions. After she sprayed a couple of times I feel confident all the roaches are gone. Thank goodness. Awesome job and Massey Company Exceptional workers and I highly recommend this company.
