We are relatively new customers with Massey, and received excellent service with our technician, Sam! He arrived on time, explained the process, and aimed to ensure our service was completed to satisfaction. He took extra time to neatly and properly install garage plates, and went the extra mile without hesitation. I highly recommend Massey, and if you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your service tech, you’ll be in great hands!
Andrew did an amazing job. He was very professional and proficient. He showed up to my home on time, and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He's definitely an asset to his organization. I'm very satisfied with Massey Services. Great job guys.
Isaak came and did the usual treatment for roaches, etc inside and he treated one of the bathrooms for fleas (bad problem in that one room) and he sprayed out side as well. Did a fabulous job! He is a very enjoyable person . Very happy with the service!
Andrew is the best!!! He is always thorough and asks what problems we may be having. He even points out things that we didn’t notice that he has treated. I’ve had many pest control companies and Massey is the best and Andrew is the best that Massey has. You should use them. 4/3/25 I know I've posted reviews for Andrew with Massey before, but I cannot stress how important it is to have a pest-free home. The attention Andrew pays to caring for my homestead is above and beyond the call of duty...I'll never switch companies.
Andrew, with Massey in New Braunfels- Texas, is the best! He always sends a reminder text the day before my pest service is scheduled and this helps tons due to needing to unlock my backyard gate. I tend to be a bit more high maintenance than some customers and Andrew always accommodates to what I need. Very happy with Andrew being my usual Massey technician and one of the main reasons I stick with Massey.
