We are relatively new customers with Massey, and received excellent service with our technician, Sam! He arrived on time, explained the process, and aimed to ensure our service was completed to satisfaction. He took extra time to neatly and properly install garage plates, and went the extra mile without hesitation. I highly recommend Massey, and if you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your service tech, you’ll be in great hands!
Isaac is a hard working technician who is very professional and has great customer service. We have actually learned a lot about from him in regards to pest control. Massey has been great to us! Sam is always our tech and is thorough with spraying and friendly! He makes sure we’re taken care of and will come out whenever needed! Couldn’t ask for better pest control at a great price
Random guy tried to unlock my door without knocking and then had the nerve to have an attitude and refused to spray my house when I told him moving forward to please knock….I tried calling customer service and they brushed me off claiming “they dont deal with complaints” I will never use this company or their services again. The man claims his name was Brandon.
