Eduardo came to my house two times to spray for roaches and did an exceptional job. He has great customer service and Listens to your concerns to resolve any Issues and answers all your questions. After she sprayed a couple of times I feel confident all the roaches are gone. Thank goodness. Awesome job and Massey Company Exceptional workers and I highly recommend this company.

The technician that does the service is Isaac and he’s always very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, always has a smile and is friendly! They do quarterly service and I haven’t had any issues with bugs unless it rains too much, however, they will spray again at no extra charge if needed in between services. Their products are pet friendly which is great because I have dogs. I do get the flee and tick service and haven’t found a single one on my dogs. Very satisfied with their service!
