Stay away from this location. Their billing department tries to take advantage of you and doesn’t properly note when you want to cancel. I am still fighting to dispute a charge from APRIL I did not authorize as it is now JULY! I cancelled services yet they claim a note said to restart it however they did not log the time I called that overrode that note. I’ve called countless times and it’s been a major headache. We used Massey for pest and Lawn services. I don’t have a complaint about the pest services received. However, I will never use or recommend there law service to anyone. Novembers treatment left scorched patches throughout our front and back yard. One part was so scorched from the granules that it has yet to grow back. Our home was a new build so we enrolled in an attempt to keep the lawn in great condition instead it’s now February and still dealing with the mess they caused.
