My experience has been great Except when they raised my rent and I was not aware till making a payment. But they are great people to rent from other than that. They have someone who is there at area periodically and I have to say he is wonderful as well. Always willing to help and does it right away. Initially I had tried to rent this storage space online but experienced difficulties. I called the number given online to speak to a representative. The Representative was very understanding and very helpful in assisting me to complete the renal application and secure my storage. The representative frequently checked in with me to insure I was getting the service I wanted and walked me through the entire process. Clean & Professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Renting this storage unit was an easy and smooth experience from start to finish. The online setup was simple, the staff provided great service, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The gates open easily, and finding my unit was no problem at all. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Nice to be able to get a storage unit from the comfort of your home computer or phone. Have to have your renters or home policy available if you want to avoid paying for insurance. One nice extra I missed until I opened my unit the first time. They give you a padlock to use while renting!
