They are the best. Always willing to help. I changed to a bigger storage. It was So easy and not real expensive. Take it from a 70 year old with fixed income. Very affordable and if you need to reach them it is easy. I have had a storages All my life.. By far THE BEST ALL AROUND.

The move in process was very easy. My issue is that I called to check on size availability and I requested a drive up. The size I wanted was unavailable so I got a 7 x 16 and the unit is not drive up as requested and described. The units are very nice. Overall, I had a great experience except for the drive up issue.
I have used several other storage companies around the Roseburg Oregon area. I so far have had no issues. Easy pay, always clean and my unit is safe with locked gates. I have used this location about 5 years now.
I was happy with my rental at Masterkey storage. The unit was spacious, easy to get to, affordable and clean. There's only one thing I wish they had, and that's a small dumpster so you you have a place to sweep the dirt to.
