Clean & Professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Renting this storage unit was an easy and smooth experience from start to finish. The online setup was simple, the staff provided great service, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The gates open easily, and finding my unit was no problem at all. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Nice to be able to get a storage unit from the comfort of your home computer or phone. Have to have your renters or home policy available if you want to avoid paying for insurance. One nice extra I missed until I opened my unit the first time. They give you a padlock to use while renting!
They are amazing. My unit is clean, the area is clean and well maintained. The people are always so nice when I call. I have never had a problem. They also have great prices.
When we first got there, the unit we had rented was damaged. Called customer service and they fixed it while we were still in the lot!! Not only a better unit in my opinion but also way easier access for us to load and unload. Knowing that our stuff is secure is always a nice thing too. Very thankful for master key storage.
These guys have been more than helpful from day one. I got rerouted to the wrong storage facility than I original thought, 6 months later I realized I never got credit for the first one, I called and within 24 hours I had a full credit. I have delt with a few storage units over the past 29 years and I have to say they have been great.
