These guys have been more than helpful from day one. I got rerouted to the wrong storage facility than I original thought, 6 months later I realized I never got credit for the first one, I called and within 24 hours I had a full credit. I have delt with a few storage units over the past 29 years and I have to say they have been great.

They are amazing. My unit is clean, the area is clean and well maintained. The people are always so nice when I call. I have never had a problem. They also have great prices.
I was hesitant to rent a storage unit at all. MasterKey Storage made it super easy. There were no hidden fees. I was even able to sign up, move in, and move out all online. Location is great, quiet and clean. Units are spacious, I like that mine has 2 doors, swinging out rather than up. Customer.sevice is out of state but friendly. Gate not 24 hours like advertised and rent has been raised several times in just few years.
