The move in process was very easy. My issue is that I called to check on size availability and I requested a drive up. The size I wanted was unavailable so I got a 7 x 16 and the unit is not drive up as requested and described. The units are very nice. Overall, I had a great experience except for the drive up issue.
This place is the fastest, easiest and best value I have found in this market! I was even able to talk to a live person on a Sunday afternoon who was helpful and nice! I recommend these guys highly! Oh and the facility is easy to access ♿ I am disabled and this is important. Don't bother anywhere else!
Been a smooth transition from previous owners. Every time I’ve called I’ve gotten nothing but the most sincere and helpful information. If I had anything bad to say it would be about the automated system however according to the lady on the phone they are already in the process of remedying it before I even had anything to say about it. So spot on facility and I’d recommend looking for a unit from master key if it’s an option for you.
Great service so far, only critique would be how narrow the space to drive in is. The people I've spoken to so far have been great and helpful, process was simple to move in. Would be 5 stars if there was a little more space to get around when other people are also accessing their units.
