I love that it's open late and that it's kept very clean and well maintained. I've never had a problem there with anything. But the issue that I have is that since they got bought out by this new company, about a year ago, my rates have almost doubled. In less than one year, my rent went from $80 a month to $144. We have had our storage unit here for over 20 years. We have never had issues with spiders or critters in our unit until the new ownership took over. I have now killed 4 black widows in our unit alone. I understand that there will always be some, but we are not permitted to spray due to neighboring units. I'm not sure what the previous owners did to keep them at bay, but I wish the new owners would do the same. Our rates also seem to keep going up every few months it seems like. Location is great, quiet and clean. Units are spacious, I like that mine has 2 doors, swinging out rather than up. Customer.sevice is out of state but friendly. Gate not 24 hours like advertised and rent has been raised several times in just few years.
The move in process was very easy. My issue is that I called to check on size availability and I requested a drive up. The size I wanted was unavailable so I got a 7 x 16 and the unit is not drive up as requested and described. The units are very nice. Overall, I had a great experience except for the drive up issue.
