I wanted to share that the doctor I worked with and a woman named Charmaine in patient/customer care were exemplary. I had worked with another company that really seemed dedicated to just selling me on their product no matter what -- and they were aggressive about billing. The process for signing up and first consultation is excellent. Received the meds in a timely manner. For that they get 2 stars. The bad part is they never follow up or check in, and after a couple months I don’t feel any better off than when I started. I’m over $500 in and I feel like the testosterone is a placebo. Mood has not changed, energy is still low and actually I lost 3 lbs. I get a better result drinking a 12 oz RedBull. I have used them for over a year now. Great communication and follow up. For the monthly fee, they have changed or increased my dosages to dial me in to where I need to be without additional costs. All blood tests are included, even if they are only 4-8 weeks apart as they monitor your progress with any dosage changes.
From start to finish it has been seamless! Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, professional and patient with my questions. I look forward to feeling better, stronger and healthier! I highly recommend Matrix!
