I wanted to share that the doctor I worked with and a woman named Charmaine in patient/customer care were exemplary. I had worked with another company that really seemed dedicated to just selling me on their product no matter what -- and they were aggressive about billing. I have used them for over a year now. Great communication and follow up. For the monthly fee, they have changed or increased my dosages to dial me in to where I need to be without additional costs. All blood tests are included, even if they are only 4-8 weeks apart as they monitor your progress with any dosage changes.

To respond: So you’re telling me not only your intake team missed my age, but your doctor I consulted with as well? Not once was this “policy” ever stated or mentioned, including the entry documents itself. Pretty bad excuse to me. Regardless I’ve been on doctor prescribed TRT for over 4 years. Poorly managed and lead business as far as I can tell.
