There’s a guy who assisted me right away as soon as I drove in to the service area. We went around my vehicle if there’s damage and when we’re done he invited me to come inside and explain to me what they will do for free. True enough he did what he promised. After the changed oil of my vehicle, he told me that the transmission fluid needed to be be flushed because my vehicle is already running in 30k miles. It was a good service.
Technician sent video of vehicle inspection. Service representative kept me and my daughter informed on status of vehicle and prices of repair. Waiting time was normal for oil change and battery replacement. Great experience
It’s very rare that I don’t have a problem with this place. The always have your car forever with zero communication. When you call to get a status you can’t actually talk to anyone at the service center….you have to leave message with someone who isn’t even at the service center and wait for someone to call you back. A new feature is a text of the results of the 24 point inspection so that you can decide if you want additional work done. Also, they send a video, via text, showing why they make any recommendations. These help in making service decisions.
