The service department was outstanding. Knowledgeable and courteous. Made me feel like a valued customer. Alycia was excellent and explained everything to me ahead of time and the tech was quick and thorough. Will definitely be going back for maintenance and tires! My experience was deeply disappointing due to a lack of transparency, poor communication, and what I felt was discriminatory treatment. Technician sent video of vehicle inspection. Service representative kept me and my daughter informed on status of vehicle and prices of repair. Waiting time was normal for oil change and battery replacement. Great experience
It’s very rare that I don’t have a problem with this place. The always have your car forever with zero communication. When you call to get a status you can’t actually talk to anyone at the service center….you have to leave message with someone who isn’t even at the service center and wait for someone to call you back.
