The service department was outstanding. Knowledgeable and courteous. Made me feel like a valued customer. Alycia was excellent and explained everything to me ahead of time and the tech was quick and thorough. Will definitely be going back for maintenance and tires! I’m happy that I received free oil change service with my vehicle ( 3/4 )?, I had issues with a clip breaking on my side skirt and it was hanging a couple of inches. They said the whole piece needed to be replaced and I thought it would be covered under warranty because the girl at the service desk said we see this a lot with this car. It’s very rare that I don’t have a problem with this place. The always have your car forever with zero communication. When you call to get a status you can’t actually talk to anyone at the service center….you have to leave message with someone who isn’t even at the service center and wait for someone to call you back. The staff here is excellent. Great service, especially the young woman working at Intake. Very Professional and friendly. They even send you updates on your phone while you wait. Including a video inspection of your car. Highly recommend.
