Alycia was very helpful from scheduling our appointment to checking in the car and when we picked up the car. Everything was clearly explained and she even provided a list of future services for our next appointment to be upfront for any charges. Overall we were very satisfied with the service experience.
There’s a guy who assisted me right away as soon as I drove in to the service area. We went around my vehicle if there’s damage and when we’re done he invited me to come inside and explain to me what they will do for free. True enough he did what he promised. After the changed oil of my vehicle, he told me that the transmission fluid needed to be be flushed because my vehicle is already running in 30k miles. It was a good service.
Always a good experience you can tell they were very hard at what they do. I called and they got me in within a few days. Just purchased the Mercedes and they really seemed like they care what happens to it into the customer so thank you for that. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you all.
$220 for a diagnostic? Bought the car three months ago. Went to a different auto shop, who Didn’t even charge me to diagnose the issue. Said I was most likely sold the car with the issue.
Took my car to get looked at by Service since I bought my car from one of their dealers and the warranty company recommended me to go there. I went in because I was getting an exhaust smell inside the cab and and one of My power door lock switches weren’t working. I was under the assumption. Everything would’ve been covered under warranty.
