It was great working with Matt , he was very conscientious and left no stone unturned . We felt that Matt thought of everything and didn’t leave anything unexplored. He had our best interest in mind always . We felt protected and educated in the home buying process . His knowledge was undeniable and very much needed and appreciated. He was always approachable and accessible day and night . I have recommended him to many of my friends.

The other reviews are likely fake. Mr. Fredericks is very helpful until he gets your retainer. Then he’ll ignore your messages and burn through all your money by inflating his hours worked. You’re better off representing yourself. Edit: Mr. Fredericks is playing dumb when claiming to believe this review is fraudulent. I have communicated with him on this e-mail before, and he knows it's not my real name. Look at the accounts under his 5 star reviews. The vast majority are inactive or dead.
I have used Fredericks Law for all of my real estate needs. It has been a great experience each time! Matthew is knowledgeable, professional, and always available when I had questions. I will continue to use Fredericks Law for all of my legal needs.
