I’m so glad I found Dr. Shin! Before getting my implant, I was missing a molar, and honestly it was such a pain. Eating just wasn’t the same, and I didn’t realize how much I missed having a full set of teeth until I finally got it fixed. Had such a great experience at Max Dental a few days ago for my teeth cleaning. Elika was so helpful and made it easy for me to get the earliest appointment available, which I really appreciated. Sanaz did my cleaning and was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. I’m honestly very happy with the whole experience. The clinic was also very clean, organized, and welcoming. Highly recommend their services!
This was my first time visiting Max Dental in Yaletown, and I went in with my wife, who has already been a patient there several times. I can completely understand why she keeps coming back. The entire team is extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend this clinic.
Brought my kid to get cleaning and check-up (an appointment made months before) and the dentist “forgot” about to show up for the appointment. Clinic wanted us to wait 30 min for the kid dentist to arrive (initially they quoted 10 min, then it became 10 min more, then another 10 min… etc). They wasted our time. Did the dentist sleep in? If you have a dental emergency and little time, do not come to this clinic. It was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. I arrived at 1:15 p.m. specifically asking for an emergency appointment. The receptionist told me to take a seat because they might be able to see me before the scheduled time. I trusted that information and waited patiently.
