MAX DENTAL USED to be good before they got all new staff and dentist. Now all they care about is getting as much money as possible. I was having a single implant over 2 calendar years to save over their high costs. I went in for the implant screw in December and just before procedure receptionist told me of the cost after insurance of just under $3000 for this day. This was my first time visiting Max Dental in Yaletown, and I went in with my wife, who has already been a patient there several times. I can completely understand why she keeps coming back. The entire team is extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

If you have a dental emergency and little time, do not come to this clinic. It was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. I arrived at 1:15 p.m. specifically asking for an emergency appointment. The receptionist told me to take a seat because they might be able to see me before the scheduled time. I trusted that information and waited patiently.
