I had two rolls of film developed here. One came back great, but the other was completely black — fully exposed with no images or edge markings. I know for certain that I followed the correct steps when shooting and handling both rolls. They were shot on the same camera, using the same process. I took my son there to take a passport photo of other country. I am not sure if client would have choice to see the photo taken is good or not, but, unfortunately the staff serving us that day gave us no choice, just asked my son sit down, one shot, and that it. Anyway, if it could serve the purpose, FINE! Unfortunately, the photo was being rejected by the authority. The reason is — uneven colour. I had the displeasure of being served by Tom today in your Stretford Branch. I had popped in yesterday to print some images off my phone for my husband. I enquired how to go about printing the images and was told to use the instant print machine via bluetooth. It took quite a while to download and print my 10 6x4 images. I spent £18. in Max Spielmann in Stretford Mall in February and the assistant was very helpful. I returned last week and she was short with me. I only asked the price of something and she told me to go to the library.
Had a great experience at the Stretford Mall branch this morning. Tom went above and beyond to help and advise with a large amount of photos that needed to be printed and even phoned me when they were ready to collect. The face to face customer service is always the best. Don't understand why people use these cheap Internet sites to print off photos as you miss out on this. I'm happy that companies like this have survived these hard times and will definitely use this Branch again for anything I need printing. Thank you.
