I had two rolls of film developed here. One came back great, but the other was completely black — fully exposed with no images or edge markings. I know for certain that I followed the correct steps when shooting and handling both rolls. They were shot on the same camera, using the same process. I took my son there to take a passport photo of other country. I am not sure if client would have choice to see the photo taken is good or not, but, unfortunately the staff serving us that day gave us no choice, just asked my son sit down, one shot, and that it. Anyway, if it could serve the purpose, FINE! Unfortunately, the photo was being rejected by the authority. The reason is — uneven colour. I can’t believe taking a passport photo in a pro-shop would get this result. 😮💨🥲
