I had a great experience with Olivia at LAX Spielman and Printing. She was very friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Her excellent customer service made everything smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Not the best at time keeping, had an important photo to collect today, got there at 9am when due to open but nobody there. Someone strolled up at 9:10 with not a care in the World.. Up your game guys !!
Unbelievably bad customer service. The lady refused to take my picture unless I put my hair behind my ears. I explained that it's okay, if the photo gets rejected is on me but she just didn't want to take the picture. What a joke with a poster saying 'the assistants have full authority to make your experience great'. Awful!
Be exceedingly wary about anything to do of any importance with this outfit. My wife had her passport photograph taken on the 21st of September, and we decided to go with the added service of having the outlet apply for the new passport and handed in her old passport accordingly. A week later my wife was still getting warning emails from the Passport Office saying - Please send in your old passport. So I went back to the store on the 30th of September. The lady in the photography department at Asda today was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was absolutely marvellous at her job and we cannot praise her more highly! Thank you very much for all your help today!
