Very bad experience. I have been directed to the photo booth near the post office in Asda by the lady in the max shop as the camera was charging and she could take photo only the next morning. When I asked if I could use my own phone to take a picture and then she can help me print out and still fully charged me. I went to here after checking online that they still develop film. When I visited in person, the staff member clearly told me they could process my film, so I handed it in and was told it would take 1–2 weeks. I left my contact details and waited, but I heard nothing for over a month. When I finally went back to follow up, the staff were rude and unhelpful and then told me they actually can’t process that type of film anymore. I had a great experience with Olivia at LAX Spielman and Printing. She was very friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Her excellent customer service made everything smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Not the best at time keeping, had an important photo to collect today, got there at 9am when due to open but nobody there. Someone strolled up at 9:10 with not a care in the World.. Up your game guys !!
Unbelievably bad customer service. The lady refused to take my picture unless I put my hair behind my ears. I explained that it's okay, if the photo gets rejected is on me but she just didn't want to take the picture. What a joke with a poster saying 'the assistants have full authority to make your experience great'. Awful!
